Alejandro is the best

Location is great, and room was quiet for being on ocean drive. Historic property. Pillows were tiny, shampoo/soaps were not high quality.

I love how personal it is Alejandro, literally made our stay from the minute we checked in!!! along with all the staff that we interacted with during our stay! I love the beauty and elegance of the historic hotel but how beautiful it’s maintained and how well it’s kept clean!! literally I am coming back to this hotel every time I visit South beach Everything was perfect, but our full length mirror was hard to get to inside the closet that would be the only thing I would rearrange lol

The location was nice being next to the beach. Like that they have a restaurant in the hotel and it was close to everything Check in took long. The ac in the room wasn't cool enough and the thermostat was hard to work. The elevator was an inconvenience so we took the stairs the whole time

Excellent hotel located on Ocean Drive and close to the beach and restaurants. Room was clean although could have done with more storage, especially bathroom. Would highly recommend

The room was very small but clean, and the bed was nice and comfortable. We also had dinner at the hotel, and the food was We were on the first floor, and there was a lot of noise coming from the second floor around 2 a.m. which woke us up. We also heard noise from the kitchen early in the morning. Other than the noise, we had a good stay and enjoyed the convenient location.

The place was very vintage and staff were friendly but It was cooler in hallway than my room. My only recommendation would be getting a sound machine for the rooms especially for the rooms on the first floor because you can hear literally every sound in the hallway. From staff talking, cleaning ,and other guests throughout the night but other than that I really enjoyed this place and they give you beach supplies. I would stay here again. Hopefully on a more quieter floor.

Love the old world charm. Lobby comfortable, clean, room quiet and peaceful. Discounted breakfast and dinner and free beach towels with chairs!!

Cute clean boutique hotel in a great location. Many many fun bars around and the beach is right across the street!

We've stayed here before in 2018 and we liked the location and therefore we booked again in 2026 We've stayed here before in 2018 and we were really disappointed this time. The hotel is run down and needs an upgrade. Especially the bedding. The foyer and passages had a very funny odor. Very sweet.

Staff was helpful at check in, getting us to the beach to use the chairs and providing an umbrella for us at no charge, storing our luggage on day of checkout. Breakfast was good from the onsite restaurant. Hotel has a cool vibe. View out our windows for a non ocean view room was a dumpster in one window and parking ramp in the other so we kept the blinds closed. No control of the thermostat so I got a little cold for us sometimes. Overall a good experience, not excellent.
