The location is perfect, it’s close to everything, tons of stuff close by. The staff are very helpful, and incredibly kind. AC blows cold and parking is close-by. Will be back.

I had a wonderful stay at the St. Augustine Hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really made the experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service. Oscar, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of throughout my stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made me feel like a valued guest. Thank you, Oscar, for your hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!!

This hotel worked for our short stay. But with no amenities, I would not have wanted to stay here longer.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for me. I booked mainly because of location and price but ended up loving the hospitality provided by staff, room size, and amenities. I was grateful to have an in room fridge, as well as a clean microwave to use in the lobby. Oscar, the manager, as well as Kheisha & Maude at the front desk, even Claudio the maintence guy were all exceedingly friendly, helpful, hospitable, and devoted to making sure my stay was pleasant. When I arrived, tired & hot (alone because my husband was arriving the next day) Maude even offered to help me carry my heavy suitcase up to floor 2 because there is no elevator. I was so thankful. They always made sure I had plenty of fresh towels and any personal amenities I may need (plentiful and good quality lotion, conditioner, shampoo, & body wash) The location was amazing, quick walk to the beach. The air conditioning also worked very well, which was appreciated when the outdoor temps were close to 100 degrees and after sitting on the beach in the sun. The bed was a little hard and low to the ground, which effected my arthritic SI joints negatively and there were definite easy little touches that could be made to the rooms (mine was 205) that would improve the room quality exponentially. No pool or elevator makes it less desirable in comparison to other hotels along the beach area at a comparable price. There were never any beach chairs or umbrellas available in the common storage room, they could invest in more so more guests have access to them. There was one half broken chair I had to use for 2 days on the beach, I made due but it was a doozy. There's probably security footage of me in the storage room trying to contort this chair 500 ways trying to get it to work before deciding to haul it to the beach.

Was very pleased with the hotel but the best part of the stay was warm and friendly staff! We would definitely stay there again!

Good value hotel south of 5th on South Beach. Short walk to the beach and Ocean Drive. Ownership and staff are super kind and go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your stay. Away from noise, had no issues sleeping. Wifi worked excellent. Reception isn't 24 hours (only from 9-4:30). Rooms felt a bit dated but it was still good overall.

This was my first time in Miami Beach. They gave me the best experience i could ask for. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel when i come back down there.

It was an excellent stay for us, we would prefer to stay here in the future.
