The customer service was also amazing. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even better. The hotel itself had a nice atmosphere, and we felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. The only thing I wish was included was parking, but honestly, the parking cost wasn’t too expensive, so it wasn’t a big issue at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, location, and excellent customer service made it worth it. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Miami Beach and would absolutely recommend the St. Augustine Hotel to my family and friends. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant one!

Good place to stay and very well located.

This place was just an ok stay..it’ll do if you just need to sleep and shower. The furniture is broken down and tarnished..definitely looks a lot better in pictures than in person. No one comes to clean the rooms throughout the day & they had one tiny trash bin in the bathroom so i had to put garbage outside the door. The bedding was also damp..it was weird.

It was a great location to the beach and shops perfect little stay for anyone that wants to enjoy Miami without all the hassle!

WOW!!! Staying in 3 stars hotels is usually not my preference, but this place is a real gem! The room was spacious and super clean. Location couldn't be better! I enjoyed calm nights of sleep, while staying within 5 minutes walk from Ocean drive, the beach and its vibrant restaurants & bars. ? Cherry on the cake: I wasn't expecting such a top notch service! Every need was met instantly, issues solved with a high level of professionalism and efficiency by the staff at the reception and the maintenance team. Thank you Keisha Esther, Claudio and all those who contributed to this great experience. NADA!

Air conditioner was exceptional. The staff was really helpful.

Outlets didn’t work. Place was worn out and dirty. Walls are paper thin. Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable

Great little room nice location

The guy at the front desk was awesome. The location was very convenient. The beach, food, CVS, and parking was all within very reasonable walking distance. The layout of the room was great, very spacious and comfortable. The showers could most definitely use some TLC. Knobs fell off, mold/mildew issues in some of the shower joins. For a quick stay or spring break type thing this would be sufficient. I wouldn’t stay agin, but for a lot of people this will work.

You guys rock and we really appreciate your positive energy. The ac was a little loud, but that shouldn’t bother anyone too much.

The location was great, the manager was also very helpful and went out of his way to reach out and ask if there’s anything he could do for us to elevate the experience, and then immediately got us the things we needed. The staff were friendly (:

Large room good location close to beach all needed bus stops. Stuff is very nice and helpful we had flight problems and the manager always try to help us in advance! Very appreciate their attitude.
