Balfour Miami Beach, a Registry Collection Hotel

The hotel gives a modern look on the website and it does have two sections so it should be specific as to where you will be booking away. Your room is because it is certainly night and day.

walking distance to the beach, close to CVS and walgreens for convenience, walking distance to some restaurants was charged for extra things and they never even sent a receipt, received a surprise charge to my bank account, my booking was also cancelled because my flight was delayed despite that i informed the hotel i was going to check in due to a change in my flights, it took almost an hour to fix the cancellation and check in, the place is also dirty for a hotel with grime and mold in the shower, the tables weren’t cleaned in my room when i got in, the hotel AC also barely works, this place felt more like a 2.5 than a 3 star hotel

This place was amazing! Great proximity to the beach (across the street) and night life on Ocean Drive. Staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, very responsive and very polite. Customer service may be a thing of the past, but not at the Balfour. Room was very clean, neat and pleasant. Only concern, and it was not terribly bad, the carpet in the halls was stained in several places and not a fair representation of the remainder of the grounds. Classy place, charm, history and style. Did I say the staff was awesome, haha because they were. Thanks Balfour for a great visit.

Everyone from the bartender to the most helpful concierge/ check-in ladies were friendly and professional!!!

There is no mirror I had to ask for a mirror and the corners of the bed stuck out which we struck our legs on every time we walked by. Bathroom was really small. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. We enjoyed it very nice people.
