the Fifth Hotel is easily the best value, most European, chillest vibe tiny boutique hotel in the quietest & most chic part of all of Miami Beach - South Pointe. Locals and those in the know gravitate to South Pointe because it’s a slice of heaven in Miami: think Tribcea meets the West Village with Palm Trees. If that’s ur vibe, this is THE SPOT. minimal front desk, ur on ur own.. and that’s what makes this place superb as a hideaway a block from the beach. no pool, no bar and u don’t need those when they’re everywhere. This is about low-key in literally the best location possible. Pierre in guest services is a really nice guy who gets stuff done if u need anything and Krystal the manager runs the place with elegance & precision. An oasis in a very hectic city. A mini Chateau Marmot for Miami. love it here

-The property was so conveniently located by the beach, it was only like a 3-5 min walk. Also, it was so close by ocean drive. -I loved that despite being so close by the touristy area, the location is quiet. -parking near by (if you know where to park) is inexpensive. -This place is great for those travelling with a large group/ families. I had my Parents and my boyfriend with me and we were able to enjoy miami after our cruise. -the beach towels provided was a life saver. -place was clean and well maintained. + i love the boho aesthetics -Customer service was top notch and attentive, even after checking out. Thank you Krsto! Cons: -lack of table area/ closet space. Our stuff was everywhere in our room since there were no place to put them away. -sink outside the room? -The humidity in the room. I do wish I had read the reviews prior hand before booking. The room we initially stayed in (mainfloor) for a night had a strong musty scent that i couldn’t handle. Everyone else in my group was fine, but if you have a sensitive nose i recommend getting a room on the top floor, where it is a lot better. Despite that, customer service was quick to respond and provided us a dehumidifier (which did not help much as it is a small unit) then gave us an option to view open rooms we can move to instead. We ended up moving to a new room. They were apologetic about it and you can tell, they do care about your experience so despite the cons i still do recommend them.

We were checked in remotely but everything went every smooth. We were given our rooms and codes for the front door and our rooms. Special thanks to Krsto, he was super helpful with every question I had.

Had a great stay at The Fifth Hotel in Miami! The location was convenient, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly and professional. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience—I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The rooms smelled like thinner with mold. The lobby was overwhelmed with nauseating perfume. Is it to hide the smell of something? One of the rooms when we entered still had pee in the toilet cover. The maintenance guy said it was just the exhaust condensation and I said the condensation drop is a foot away and the droplets I see is not yellow. The pee on the toilet cover was yellow.

I had a great stay at The Fifth Hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect—within walking distance to the beach and all the stores, restaurants, and attractions along the strip. Everything was convenient and made our stay even better. I definitely enjoyed my stay and will be coming back! Highly recommend The Fifth Hotel!

We had an excellent stay at The Fifth Hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was one of the best parts of our stay. It’s very close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy South Beach without having to travel far. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and other attractions within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated how well the property was kept. The location was perfect for enjoying Miami while still having a comfortable place to return to after a busy day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend The Fifth Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Miami Beach. We would happily stay here again!
