We designed our House as a harmonious retreat with modern luxuries and furnishings while adorning the interiors with the patterns and palettes of the surrounding landscape that have inspired so many.

I am owed a refund after being downgraded to a different room from what I paid for and have still not received it. I have contacted the staff multiple times and they will not answer my calls or emails. They are actively ignoring my messages and are unwilling to assist. I would not recommend booking this hotel

We had a couple of minor maintenance issues with our room and the staff was amazing as well as quick to get things fixed. The double bunk beds were a hit with our family and made for a fun week in Miami. Only suggestion would be adding a TV to the room for evening down time. That would have allowed my teenage boys something to do before bed. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back.
