Convenient for the price

The room was very nice and spacious but the towels did not look clean, so i did not used them. Toilet could’ve been cleaned better. The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The area was very nice lots of places to walk to just a great vibe. I would stay there again for surr.

Location and cleanliness and lovely staff. It was a very basic property. The air conditioning wasn’t working in reception and passages which was hard to bear in 80+ degree temperatures. There was no coffee and tea facilities in the rooms and coffee in reception was like tar. There were no toilet roll holders, soap trays on basins, or floor mats in the bathroom and no glasses at all in the rooms. These are basic items one expects in a hotel that certainly wasn’t classed as “cheap”.

The air con in the room kept the room cold and amazing to sleep on (we are Scottish) and the tv worked perfectly with free view and live football. The WiFi was so so but worked more often than not but wasn’t strong enough for live streaming. The roof terrance was really nice to watch the traffic go by and enjoy the sun and a beer. If it had a tv we wouldn’t have left much! Staff we came in contact with were very professional and answered most questions we had. All in all a great choice if you want a bed, a great location and good aircon! WiFi upgrade but minimal impact on our trip.

Staff were really helpful, especially Jessica and Tamilo. I left my silver jewellery behind and called the team who have them for me and helping me ship them home. Thanks to both.

Nice hotel close to Ocean Drive

Location was excellent only being a few blocks from Ocean Drive. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the staff friendly. All you need from a budget hotel. None

The location is excellent No breakfast however you have coffee and tea for free 24 hours.

It's a nice little average place to stay in the Miami Beach area. The Bastille Cafe next door is amazing and its walking distance to free trolly and restaurants/shops down Washington Avenue. The Hotel was obviously renovated but it was still old, room was small for 2 beds and the bathroom was really small and tight for space. Overall it was still better than the previous hotel we stayed at in Port Canaveral area where our last RC cruise was.

Very nice staff at the reception, clean, good location. View into the wall, there was a some kind of thermostat or AC right in front of the window, that was making noise all the time (night and day). Table but no chair in the room.

Everything. The location is perfect cause waking distance from pretty much everything I want to do. I have stayed a the Cove maybe 2 times before and I def love it. Jessica at the front is so sweet and accommodating. I’ll def be back! No pool

Discount on breakfast at the cute Parisian brunch spot. Definitely take advantage of it and try the pistachio pancakes!! CVS across the street if you forgot anything. We booked 2 nights before our cruise and this was perfect for that. Trolly stop is really close and it’s free, so definitely take advantage of it. Everything was great! Little update to the furniture in the lobby, but nothing really to complain about.

Location, staff Uncomfortable bed, water was barely dripping from the faucet, loud, felt like living in the basement due to no window view at all.
