Rooms are small! Shower kept leaking. Causing an annoying sound while sleeping. Remote didn’t work but they came and brought a new one.

I liked the decoration of the room and the pool area. They have a pool party on weekends. The staff is amazing.

Another issue that made me uncomfortable was being pressured by hotel staff to leave a Google review. We were asked to write the review before leaving, and it felt like we were not able to leave until we had completed it. A staff member then looked at what we had written, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Guests should be able to leave reviews voluntarily and privately, without feeling pressured or monitored. Aside from these concerns, we enjoyed our stay and everything else was great.

Great location. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Any questions, observations or issues were addressed promptly, professionally, and above and beyond expectations.

One of the best locations! It felt very safe, was super close to the beach, and had pretty much everything we needed within walking distance. It was also really easy to grab an Uber to downtown or other areas of Miami.

Good location. Good amenities. Good Time. Just wish rooms were bigger.

I loved decoration, perfect to vintage pictures, we enjoy a lot at the pool parties. Amazing staff, I loved the welcome with champagne. I will go to come back again.
