Everything was to our liking

It was ok. good for one night before the cruise. We got stuck in the elevator so it was kind of scary. They moved our room and gave us a little compensation for our food for the inconvenience but still not the best hotel around. It was a little run down and old. Pictures make it look a lot better than it is. Staff was really nice though

The staff, hotel and restaurants were all perfect for iyr week long stay. Always happy to help, answer a question, make our stay the best experience they could. We will definatly choose Park Central again if traveling to Miami. Thank you to the staff at Park Central. Great hotel in a great...

The complimentary Continental breakfast was very good and we appreciated the complimentary champagne hour. Happy that our room had a ceiling fan. Bad: Bathroom was very small with no area at the sink to place toiletries. There was no bathroom exhaust fan and only one hook to hang wet items and towels.

Clean, friendly helpful staff…..

They put too much emphasis on getting people to eat and drink there then they do maintaining the hotel. It has a smell to it, too many things wrong with the room, hair left behind, housekeeping doesn’t do a good job, facility has water leaks, people who lack English speaking fluent. They also took too long to serve the food, and the waitresses and waiters got the order wrong everyday. No one keeps up with the property they need deep cleaning, food is dry, they need all new staff. I could going on with all the issues but u get what I mean.

Great location! Staff were very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel has a great vibe with music and entertainment at different times during the day which included a DJ by the pool and entertainment in the evening near the restaurants. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. During the day they offered us bicycles to use and provided us with towels, bottled water and beach towels to enjoy the beach which was a short walk away, The continental breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Miami.
