Park Central South Beach

Very good

Our stay at Park Central South Beach hotel was a great experience. The room was very clean. the AC was good, and everything was well kept. We did not experience any major issues. The pools were very clean and along with the surrounding areas. The only minor complaints I would have are the free breakfast they offer and beach towel availability. The one time we wanted to grab two beach towels from the front desk, the staff had let us know they didn't have any at the moment was which a bummer. Also, be aware the the only free breakfast option is the continental option and you only get 5% off all other breakfast items, which were a bit pricy for our range. Other than that, I recommend as a stay.

Si nous faisons abstraction de ces points, l’hôtel est idéalement situé, le personnel est vraiment sympathique et avenant et les commodités de l’hôtel sont parfaites (ils nous prêtent des serviettes et des chaises pour aller à la plage et ont des vélos en libre service). Si nous retournons à Miami Beach, nous retournerons à cet hôtel!

Excellent location. Very nice and good size room. Great services. Love the accommodations — bottle water, beach umbrellas and chairs. Highly recommend and would stay again.

It’s a nice place, but some staff are not attentive specially the bartender.

My stay was unfortunate at this hotel, I made the mistake of believing this hotel would be nice considering its location by the beach. I was wrong to say the least. On their website it clearly states that check in for your hotel room can be as early as 12:00 pm and if you need to check in earlier then you can pay $80. I called and went to the hotel myself to check in but was told “Sorry your room is not ready, we will call you.” They didn’t offer a solution, estimate or anything. The staff simply said to go away. This is incredibly frustrating especially as a tourist. They could’ve offered a different room, an estimate to when our room would be ready or anything! That’s what customer service is. My second frustration came when they asked me for a second deposit to check into my room AFTER I already fully paid and booked for my room online. $300 security deposit for 1 night and I was told I would receive it back after 3-5 business days. It’s been 5 business days already and I still don’t have my deposit back. Then I was told “Sorry it’s actually 5-8 business days.” My last frustration came with the “free breakfast” that comes with the hotel. It’s honestly a scam, the breakfast includes a small coffee or orange juice with a small bowl of fruit, two tiny pastries, a small cup of greek yogurt, one tiny pitcher of warm milk and a cup of cereal. BUT they give you 15% off of their restaurant menu where they have actually meals so you have to spend actually money to eat a real meal.

The building and the equipment are old , so , the panel of טדי מזגנים Air -conditioning in our room was broken for 2 days so we were mooved to another room wuch had problems with the toilet , cofee machine and broken sopha .

Rooftop pool is nice, however they close it for private events, which only leaves the ground pool for all guests, and can get full on a weekend. Lobby staff and services are very helpful and sincere with guests. The location of the property is superb, only need to walk to places. The continental breakfast is very basic, and it’s sit outside. The inside restaurant has good food, and the hotel has a nice mezzanine floor level for reading and viewing.

Hotel needs updating. The staff was prompt to assist.

Everything was wonderful

The location was great with just a short walk to the beach. The hotel is older and has been updated but nothing fancy. The elevators is slow and busy so just need to be patient. The free breakfast is plated and brought to you seated. So the amount or serving size is decided by them. Overall good stay
