Park Central South Beach

This place was wonderful! They have beach chairs and cooler of water you can check out. They are walking distance to the beach, sand volley ball, plenty of food and CVS and other small shops.

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything Miami has to offer. The food and drinks were excellent, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The breakfast included is not bad , but they have many more and better breakfast options but you have to pay for them , that is, breakfast included only for what they give you .

The property was clean and the location was good. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming as you don’t have many options besides orange juice or coffee

While the room was clean it’s an older hotel so you can definitely see the wear and tear. The air conditioner gave us issues but since we were only there one night we just dealt with it. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

1. We had an ocean front room. Great view - very clean and spacious but only 1 trash can on the entire room. Big oversight. 2. The staff is super helpful and super friendly. 3. The lobby bar kept changing bar tenders nearly hourly - very disruptive and it took a long time to get a check. 4. The main swimming pool is not well maintained. The water was very cloudy. We have a pool at home - this is inexcusable. It should have been shocked nightly. it's such a simple thing to do. 5. We had a continental breakfast included with our stay - and it was very good daily. 6. No drink service at the pool. In summary I would give 3.5 out of 5 stars. The price was reasonable, great location, large clean room, great staff, poorly maintained pool and no drink service at the pool which was surprising.

The rooms are super small and the aircondtion not cooling perfect.Staff very nice and helpfull .Andres was helping when we arrived and leave with the luggage .Because road in front of the hotel was closed for Football Activities

Awesome place, perfect location, staff is super courteous.

Front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and ready. Our 4th floor view over Lummus Park was exceptional and the rooftop pool and lounge were welcome places to catch sun and view the ocean.

The check in staff wasn’t very helpful in giving us the correct information but the valet staff was very friendly.

We loved our stay at Park Central ❤️ the room was beautiful and comfortable! The receptionist very polite and friendly! The food into the Hotel was good! Extremely satisfied and definitely we are going back 👌

Perfect location but no signs for rooms or amenities, loud ac unit. Terrible bed that keeps moving with every turn. No house keeping

I really like the retro vibe of this hotel and the walkable accessibility of multiple nice restaurants with plenty of outside seating options close to the water. The room was simple, and the room safe did not work.

A few cons: the towel changing situation need to shift. I get that they want to save water and the environment but if we ask for towel change, they need to change. I had to ask multiple times on the same day for that. The service in the restaurant downstairs was really bad, waiting time would be 1-1:30 hours. Otherwise I will stay here again. I had an amazing time. And hotel fully embraced the World cup spirit. Special thanks to Georgino that was always super helpful with the towels.

Nothing it was awful The room looked different than the picture also when I told receptionist she ignored me and told me to shout my mouth she didn’t solve the issue when I told her I want a room that I paid for not this bad room they gave us she ditched me and told me this is what It is. Also when I told them to not to clean the room they didn’t listen they came and they went through my luggage and touching my personal stuff. Horrible customer service and horrible experience I’m traumatized! Cups for coffee was dirty and the window was dirty

Room was immaculate and kept super clean. Had nice view of the pool area. Good air con, mini fridge and bathroom was nice. Staff were friendly and take care of you. Really liked the 2 pools. Tried the Italian restaurant first night and tried the outdoor Cuban restaurant another, both were excellent. Location is perfect for exploring south beach and isn't far from downtown in a taxi. Would definitely stay here again.

Look, I'm as bougie as they come, well even extra and this place is a 10/10. Many restaurants to eat at but the food at the hotel restaurant is 10/10. The rooms are nice, bathrooms are humungous. The location is a 10/10. I didn't do the beach at all because it had a ton of yukie stuff on the edge but that's nature, not anyone's fault. I loved the pool too! It's pricy but worth every single penny and for God's sake your right on Ocean Drive!
