Room was clean and staff was very helpful.

The room was dirty, the towels were not replaced appropriately when changed, there were broken fixtures, the water took about 3 minutes to get warm. Because of the location, we were willing to overlook all of that but the problems we had with Wilma at the reception desk would keep me from ever staying here again.

Nelson at the front desk was over the top helpful. He walked with my wife to find a place for us to park because everything was closed due to the World Cup celebration. Nelson was fatastic.

Great location on South Beach.

Great stay and the front desk was the best! We were able to check in early and it’s literally right across the street from the beach. It’s a cute place and worked for our needs. They serve breakfast for free with only 3 options but the eggs option was great with potatoes and a protein. Service and great & food came out pretty quickly. Location was perfect with CVS & Walgreens literally down the street. Will definitely come back again!

They did not give my room till 7 pm. Kept saying its not clean. Made me wait 3 hrs to just check in. First time such a bad experience.

El problema de este lugar es el check inn y el check out. El personal no te resuelve y te manda a una máquina para que lo hagas virtual y se tardan demasiado. Eso NO me gustó. Lo demás todo bien.
