However, I think the hotel should provide better customer service training for the front desk staff. When I asked for additional bath towels, the receptionist responded in an aggressive manner and told me we would have to wait until the next day. We had three guests in our room, but he only gave us two bath towels. When I tried to explain the situation, he raised his voice and yelled at us. I hope the hotel will provide better training for this employee on how to communicate with and treat guests respectfully. Aside from this experience, the location was excellent.

Getting up in the morning and leaving immediately that's what I like about it Staying there kept me up all night from guest and staff with all the noise that they were producing from music and loud talking the location and the room is not what I expected it was very inadequate for the price I should be reimbursed for the miserable night that I have spent there the morning couldn't come fast enough for me to get out of there

Location was good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast that was supposed to be included only covered you for one item. Husband had cereal with orange juice and cooked breakfast. I had coffee and croissants. Mine we were charged for as they were seemingly extras. The room was tired. Bed comfortable. Bathroom tired and towels old and gray. Reception staff were polite but staff at breakfast rude and dismissive

Beautiful location across the street from beach. Outdated small musty rooms.

The elevator does not work, the front desk guy, was really slow and does not explain well how it works vallet parking.

Room was clean and staff was very helpful.

The room was dirty, the towels were not replaced appropriately when changed, there were broken fixtures, the water took about 3 minutes to get warm. Because of the location, we were willing to overlook all of that but the problems we had with Wilma at the reception desk would keep me from ever staying here again.

Nelson at the front desk was over the top helpful. He walked with my wife to find a place for us to park because everything was closed due to the World Cup celebration. Nelson was fatastic.

Great location on South Beach.

Great stay and the front desk was the best! We were able to check in early and it’s literally right across the street from the beach. It’s a cute place and worked for our needs. They serve breakfast for free with only 3 options but the eggs option was great with potatoes and a protein. Service and great & food came out pretty quickly. Location was perfect with CVS & Walgreens literally down the street. Will definitely come back again!

We asked to sit at a table for breakfast and this was ok with the seating personnel but someone else came and said we had to move despite the restaurant was fairly quiet. Too much noise in room
