the staff was very helpful and friendly, every staff i meant showed amazing customer service! the entire facility was not properly equipped.Smelled like urine and mold, elevator did not work, hallways were being painted, keys needed to be changed after each use.

The location Our keys to the room would not unlock our doors. The staff ended up giving us the housekeeper keys, etc. on our first day because those were the only keys that worked to open our door. The next day, the housekeeper keys stopped working, smh.

The location was great! Easy walk to the beach. Elevator wasn’t working. No coffee bar even though they had a coffee bar. Could be cleaner. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Very loud from the music and construction outside.

This hotel needs lots of love i will be requesting a full refund. The hotel is nasty, dirty, smells nasty also the smell of Marijuana is awful. They offer continental breakfast and there was none. Over all the worst place i have ever stayed at.see pictures

The pool was out if order. The elevator was out of order. My living room 24 was 24years old and broken with whit stains all over it. The pullout couch in the living room was broken and tilted forward like the front legs were missing. No coffee or creamer like the other rooms. My stainless steel refrigerator had 4 knuckle indentations as it was visibly punched. The above counter white troth sink was put of place and had yellow stains in the bottom of the sink. Would not use for any reason due to the discolored yellow stains. I called to talk with a manager 10 times and the phone just rings out and you can't leave a message. Horrible experience with my room. We stayed with our family in room 306 and our room was 308. The floors are uneven like a haunted house. The fact that we had to carry all our luggage up 3 double flights was a huge issue as thay dint jave anyone to assist with the luggage.

Location is amazing Room is clean and most of facilities are there Weak response to fix things Bedroom TV was not working from the first day and when I asked the receptionist to send someone to fix it she told me by the end of the day that they tried but couldn't do it We stayed without TV for 4 days Also the elevator was out of service from day 2 till we left on day 5

Well placed beach tows are also great parking just in front 50m and only 20 bucks for the 24 hours The cleaning could be better

We loved the location and decorations. We had a big room. We couldn't do early check in but they saved our luggage. Not much noise from outside. Always found someone in front desk. Our room was okay but it feels a little old. The red decorations pillow in the bed was smelling so bad. Staff were just ok, nothing remarkable. Toilet doesn't flush properly.
