Other than that, my stay was fantastic. I would definitely return and would simply request a quieter room next time!

The room was clean and staff were friendly. Easy to check in.

Improvement: Lots of "wear and tear" throughout the room we were in. Room/property in areas could use a good renovation/revamp. Lots of wasted space in the property too considering it's amazing location. Noticed on a website property is for sale so maybe there are future improvements ahead. Overall, we would stay here again.

You can not beat the location. We had the top floor 2br balcony. It was extremely spacious. Room gets hot, but not too bad if you use the fans provided. Its Miami, expect the heat. No problems at all.

We had a great time. Manuel was so friendly. The location was perfect and felt safe. We loved hanging out at the pool. We will definitely be back.

This is my favorite place to stay in south beach ! The management is super.. the best ! Rooftop pool and the views are spectacular! The restaurant in front has great food and drinks and friendly staff . Close by to many many restaurants/bars liquor stores and Walgreens/CVS. Beach and boardwalk right in front of hotel !

Perfect location close to everything

The hotel was conveniently located and right across the street from the beach and had plenty of places to eat within a 2 minute walk. The roof top pool has an amazing view of the beach as well. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. I will return very soon

Location Old pool furniture, some umbrellas broken. The whole place could use a renovation but the staff was exceptional.

Location, and room are very nice. The view for my room could haven been much better. Need better towels.

The elevator broke down, not enough towels and soap and blankets

The cleanliness was top-tier, the aesthetic was beautiful, and the entire property felt comfortable, elevated, and genuinely well-maintained. Manuel also delivered exceptional service and made the experience even better. Honestly one of the best boutique hotel experiences I’ve had in Miami. I would stay here again without hesitation. Huge thank you to Manuel again. :) The only thing I didn’t like was that I eventually had to check out. I even stayed an extra day.

Clean, spacious, and the staff are extremely helpful. Located right across from the beach and on the main drag with lots of restaurants!
