Staff was great and we loved the view from the penthouse suite

Location, staff, roof pool, bedrooms, unexpected complementary breakfast, late check out offered until 12. Nothing!

We had an amazing time with family. Pool is small but the view is great and it’s cozy and clean. Rooms are modern with new furniture. Attention to details is wonderful in this hotel. Location was great.

Large modern room. Great location. Not on the beach as described. That was a disappointment. No restaurant but continental breakfast every morning in the lobby with lots of offerings.

There are complimentary bikes and chairs for the sea, which is great, and we have enjoyed it a lot ! The location is perfect, Hotel is highly recommended We will be back for sure

Large rooms, friendly staff

Clean room, beach view

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The suite was very clean and had a kitchenette. It would have been nice to have a small kitchen table. There is no gym on the property, but there was a sister hotel which has a small fitness room. There were no washing facilities available. Breakfast was overall good. It was the same every day. The staff were helpful although sometimes I felt like I was bothering the front desk when I would ask questions. One of the nice things they had were free bikes, even though they were dated, they worked well. They also provided chairs and umbrellas to borrow along with other recreational things like sand toys when going to the beach. Overall, we had a good stay.

Amazing view!!! Access to ocean drive is perfect and the bicycles to ride along boardwalk was cool

Great location - only negative was price!

If you looking for a property that is on the South Beach strip then the location is great. Rooms have all the basics and is well maintained. There is some helpful staff especially morning time. The breakfast was very limited with no options for us with dietary restrictions. Check in is at 16:00 and check out at 11:00. When we requested a 1 hour late check out we received no accommodation. Evening staff are unwelcoming and grumpy. Seemed reluctant to help.
