Bentley Hotel South Beach

I cannot possibly say enough about the Bentley! Our day was absolute perfection from the moment we walked through the door. Every single staff member we encountered was phenomenal!

The frontage to the property is a little disappointing but once your inside it’s a lovely place to stay.

The hotel has an excellent location in Ocean Drive, very accessible to restaurants and beaches. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and clean and our room with the ocean view was the best. My family and I would definitely recommend the Bentley Hotel! Thank You!

Exceptional

Everything was great or better. Room was very nice and what we hoped for. Excellent location. Perfect value. Staff and customer service were stellar, especially Reynold and Axel, exemplary hospitality professionals.

Most of all, the staff here was so accommodating. They really went the extra mile for their guests whether it was leaving the breakfast bar open for an extra few minutes or handing out candy to the children. They were so friendly, which made all the difference.

Location, pleasant roof top pool and staff Sofa bed was uncomfortable and needs to have a mattress. Effectively you are sleeping on a sofa. Valet service was tortuous. On two occasions it took 55 mins and 40 mins to get our car, and you pay a lot for that service. Lift broke down on 2 day but could use the 2nd service elevator.

The penthouse suites are great ,the staff takes great for your needs. Front desk from arrival to departure was excellent

Also, the blackout curtains didn't really do their job and the breakfast selection was pretty poor. It didn't cater to dietary needs (e.g. they only offered normal milk and no dairy-free options, the same with yoghurt, etc.) and there didn't seem to be enough food for everyone.
