Angler’s Hotel – Miami Beach

Nice hotel located close to miami beach. staff very friendly. Room cleaned everyday thanks to the nice cleaning staff. one downside is no internet on the TV in the room for Netflix app. Overall good stay.

CONS: #1) The check in staff could have been a bit more courteous and helpful. We requested an early check in due to our soccer game tickets to see Argentina play against Cabo Verde at the World Cup Miami Stadium. Although, we were allowed to check in earlier than usual check in time, it just did not feel as though the hotel staff was trying his best, it was as if we were asking him for money! #2) and probably the main reason why I would not come here again. We were woken up abruptly at 3:35 AM with the loud noise coming from the room next to ours. They were clearly having a PARTY next door. There was loud/screams, loud music, banging on walls and doors, etc. When we called the front desk about it, they replied: "yes someone else already called about it. I will try to go there as soon as I get a chance". I was stunt! I expected, "I do apologize for the great inconvenience, we will take care of this right away". Nope! It took more than an hour for the party to end. Most of the staff here is clearly not happy to work here and showed it. But to be fair, there were exceptions, like the lady at the restaurant in the mornings who served us very courteously and helpful (didn't get her name). PROS: location if you're looking to party, the restaurant serves good food, the appearance of the hotel was good, well kept, the amenities (very nice pool and pool area), elevator...It wasn't horrible but I would not come here again!

Best hotel in Miami Beach. Great ambiance, impeccable room / grounds and most importantly the staff was 10/10. Will definitely be back. Special thanks to Etai, Mel, Adriana, and Vanessa for the hospitality and making our anniversary special.

The staff is very friendly, very clean and right near everything. No need for a car walking distance to every place that you can think of.

Brilliant stay for the World Cup with our group of 7. Staff were very helpful, the hotel was located perfectly on south beach and we could not fault it.

The rooftop pool was one of our favorite parts of the hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the tiered tower overlooking the pool deck created a unique and beautiful backdrop. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed renting bikes and exploring Miami Beach, which added even more fun to our trip. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or anything we needed during our stay. Overall, the hotel offered a great combination of location, amenities, and service. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Miami.
