Room was clean and staff was nice

All is good.

The staff was always there to answer any questions or requests quickly. The manager reached out directly to check if every thing was going well with my stay at the hotel. Would stay there again without a doubt.

La réception était fermée à notre arrivée. Le code transmis pour ouvrir la porte ne fonctionnait pas. On nous retourne un autre code, on entre dans la chambre. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Tout était mouillé par un très haut taux d’humidité. Le plancher, les meubles, les draps etc. Mouillés. Impossible de rester dans cette chambre, je suis asthmatique. Aucune autre chambre disponible, l’hôtel est complet. On nous envoie à l’hôtel Tropics, bien situé mais pas rénové depuis 1960….. Le lendemain, on revient à l’hôtel. L’autre chambre avec un déshumidificateur qui nous réveille dans la nuit, le réservoir étant plein d’eau. On change à nouveau de chambre. Monsieur Oscar Baez, le gérant nous a donné un excellent service et a procédé à un remboursement, ce que j’ai apprécié. Le personnel est très très gentil. L’hôtel est bien situé, près d’une grande épicerie Publix. Je suggère à l’hôtel d’avoir qqun présent pour la nuit. Merci Monsieur Oscar!

My room was very small but I didn’t have a problem with it because I was traveling solo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was older but neat and very well maintained. I will definitely be staying here again on my next solo trip.

Great stay only thing to keep in mind get that parking before arriving. Parking is not an issue just for the hotel is an issue throughout the city. We really enjoyed our stay at the Meridian

The main area walking up to the rooms is so so cute!! The staff was also all wonderful, had zero problems. Easy checkin as well. Would return!

Nous étions très bien situé dans la ville, il pourrait avoir un peu plus de pression dans la douche et une meilleur ventilation niveau air climatisé. Somme tout, c’était bien.

The wifi didnt work well everything i ask took too much time the don’t clean the room you need always to ask

Superb hotel in a great location, close to ocean drive but without the hustle. Staff are superb, helpful and efficient. Great wee cocktail bar

Pool is rather small but had no issues getting a sun lounger as it wasn’t too busy. Very central location if you are there for the beach and Ocean Drive.

Staff were very helpful at attentive. Good communication via the whatsapp and fast to respond to any issues at any time. Thank you and would happi;y stay again Room could have used some bottled water in the fridge

Clean room great staff aircon. Nice bar

The location was great. Room was small. No ice machines, had to get from the lobby’s coffee shop every time we needed. The mini fridge didn’t keep liquids as cool as we’d like. No microwave so leftovers gone to waste. Didn’t particularly care for dogs that’s allowed in the lobby simply b/c of my allergies.

We love staying here. It has a great location, the staff is great & they’re always cleaning. Everyone is so nice as well
