No complaints great staff

Amazing staff, great pool.

At breakfast, I waited about 20 minutes just to get a menu. When I politely mentioned I was short on time and asked if they were very busy, the staff member snapped back, told me to go somewhere else, and took the menu away. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I ended up leaving and going to Pura Vida down the street. I also found someone passed out in the hallway and alerted staff, but was surprised by their apparent lack of concern. On top of that, my room floor was so dirty that my socks turned black. Very disappointing experience, especially given how positive my previous stays have been.

So convenient. Pools were my favorite. Really a beautiful setup

The facilities are very clean and welcoming. There is almost always a light breeze at the beach to keep you comfortable. Can't wait until next summer!

The pool is relaxing and such a vibe. The access to the beach is perfect with chair n umbrellas. Beach side food and drink service made for the perfect beach day!! 10/10 recommend.. will be back!!!

The hotel is perfectly located near everything in South Beach. The art deco theme of old Hollywood decor was unique and give the hotel a luxurious feel, loved discovering all the different time period pieces they use; including the pool frame looking like a film. The pool and beach amenities were great. Only negative is the noise controls in the room I was working up many times a night by the sounds of the water pipes and thumping sound in the morning.

We stayed in one of the Cabana Rooms next to the infinity pool. The pictures can be deceiving as the balcony did not have steps to the pool area so you had to go out through the hallway which wasn't a big deal, just deceptive. We were not greeted with drinks as advertised. IMO water doesn't count. I was expecting a little more from the front desk during our visit as we were on our Honeymoon. The front desk did nothing special for us! The restaurant manager was the BEST ever. He was always attentive and had great suggestions on where to visit in the area. The bartenders and other staff were all great. We were a little disappointed with the beach area. We are early risers and went over to the beach 2 mornings around 8:30 to find absolutely no chairs set up yet. We were never greeted on the beach either so we left and spent most of our time at the pool. The pool staff were always available to move umbrellas or get more towels. We did have to call for towels in the room and only had actual housekeeping service for 1 of our 5 days there. All in all it was a great stay. The place is clean and we would return.

My second stay this month. This time I stayed in the cabana suite, and it was just amazing. The hotel is very artistic and very Miami style. I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel and kind staff!

The property is beautiful! I love the art deco vibes, art all over the building, and the greenery, especially around the long pool. We had a beautiful beach and pool view from our room and the service is fantastic! We dined at their main restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious. The only thing I did not love was paying 24.00 for a small strawberry daquiri, being from Louisiana, that hurt my sould a little.

If you love art, peace and a perfect staff along with beautiful views of the beach and pool this is your place. Thank you Hotel National for a wonderful stay . I will definitely be back sooner than you know !
