Rooms were beautiful and well appointed, as expected. Hotel was faultless in terms of facilities and service. Location was great on Collins Ave, backing onto the beach and a short walk to many bars and restaurants on south beach and Washington Avenue. Thankfully the aircon was fantastic and hit you the second you walked through the front door - which was essential for UK visitors in July! The hotel bar and restaurant tended to be a little quiet, despite being beautiful, and it was impossible to get drink beyond 11 / 12 at the weekend from memory. Would have been nice for a quiet one away from the madness of south beach etc. For visitors from the UK, Miami in general is incredibly expensive, we knew what to expect as we were travelling over for the World Cup (which was also tremendously expensive for tickets etc), but for a small can of beer by the pool it turned into around $13, which across a 2 week stay starts to rack up....

Hospitality was above and beyond No complaints

Amazing hotel with excellent location, great staff, very quiet and elegant. Rooms are well equipped (including Nespresso machine and Aesop amenities), the swimming pool is great and exclusive. Don’t miss the happy hour at the bar with good live jazz. Highly recommended and will go back!

Well renovated property, good location, comfortable room Small details felt rushed - light switches in room clunky and inconsistent, window blinds felt poor quality compared to the rest of the room

The location is amazing, the renovation was a major uplift, the pool warm and the sunchairs so comfortable. I have stayed several times and I love it all. Perhaps it would be nice if one can eat own brought food by the pool, as teenagers are picky and I eat salads;-)

Decor , location, facilities and staff all excellent Construction either side of the hotel. Building noise starting from 0730 Monday to Friday. Impossible to sleep past this time The laundry service pricing was ridiculous $9 to wash a pair of socks. It would have cost a couple hundred dollars to launder 3 days worth of underwear and sports clothing.
