The staff and pool were great. The pool had some partial construction so it was an eyesore, but the parts that were available was very comfortable. The pool car was cool, too.

If I could give this zero stars I would. First thing that happens is I get a 2 queen bed room when we ordered one with a king bed. The remote control was just about dead out of batteries. Two of the towels were dirty and the bed was dirty with something stuck to it. They never replaced the towels during a 4 day stay and only made the bed once. Valet took forever and would never tell you. Terrible communication issues. Concierge, one of the valet people, and one at the cafe was kind but that was all. The WHOLE lobby smelled like rotten fish including the 5th floor where we were staying. Ive never had worse service especially at a beachside hotel who should be top notch for what I paid for. Things close very early there or are never open. I wouldn’t stay here again if my life depended on it. Even Gordon Ramsey who helps fix bad hotels wouldnt be able to help these people. Waste of money of a hotel especially when it was for my engagement. You could go to a Red Roof Inn and get the same quality as the Ramada.

MSA this was the worst hotel I ever stayed for the price I paid. It was very outdated and dirty. Had a horrible smell and he was just bad overall I’m sorry, but I will never stay there again.

This hotel was a very good deal at the price that I got. I was paying under $200 a night. Anything more and the price/value would start to get a bit askew. The room was recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to check into my room a few hours early on the day I arrived.

Location, beach access Valet Parking does not have a good services.

We had a nice view from our room but our room was not ready at the time of check in and we had to wait almost an additional hour. Our keys also stopped working on the 2nd day there because they did not have our check out date correct. Staff was nice but room was not cleaned well. Mattress cover had blood on it, a lot of debris and food crumbs were near the mini fridge area.

Avoid this place. Infested with palmetto bugs, the building is very outdated, elevators malfunctioning, rude employees and beach area is not well kept.

there was a clog in the bathtub and despite of complaining multiple times, issue was not recolved.
