El personal de limpieza , súper bien , pero los de el lobby wow muy desintegrados y no muy amable , en especial lo de la noche amanecer , las reparación del techo la falta de parqueo por espacios , y el olor fuerte de los pasillos fue difícil

The location is very good. That's the reason we keep going there. Also the staff is very helpful. The fire alarm went off, and within almost seconds, the police and the firefighters were there. It was a false alarm. It is very good to see that things are in place when it comes to your safety. The roof improvement works going on, but it must be done. Therefore, the parking space is limited.

Eh, what can I say. Not the absolute worst but marginal at best in my view. Probably should have just spent the extra $30-$40/night and stayed somewhere nicer. My room was a single bed but could tell it had been a double at one point; there was a huge empty space on the far end where the second bed used to be, so that was strange. Breakfast the first day was decent, but second day the eggs were prepared differently and couldn't tell if they were going bad or had some kind of seafood in them, so I stuck to cereal and muffins that day. Front desk staff mostly seemed interested in their phones. The second day however my key stopped working and the gentlemen at the front desk was helpful and promptly took care of it, so kudos to him. Yes it was cheap and I had a clean bed to sleep, but probably wouldn't stay here again.

Lo único malo fue que la piscina no se podía usar pero todo lo demás muy bien.

Location to miami airport. Reception area and the breakfast was good We booked 5 rooms and most of them smelt really bad. Musty, moldy. My accessibility room was rotten, mold on floor in the bathroom around the bath, and the smell was so bad we had to move. The pool was out of order which we were not told about before your arrival. We stayed the end of July and then again on the second week of August. On the second stay we were able to use the hotel across the roads pool.
