I liked the staff, very pleasant and always helpful. A very good breakfast as well. The carpet stinks, it was awful and affected my sinuses. This took away greatly from what could have been a good stay.

The breakfast was good and slightly different every day. It's location was close to enough to the airport. Close to shopping malls, supermarket (walking distance), gas station. Front desk staff was very friendly and willing to assist and give suggestions. Free vehicular parking. Laundry facilities. Microwave and mini fridge in the room Water was lukewarm on two occasions from the shower while it was COLD at least three days, even though it was set on hot after the warm (midway) setting was not working. Laundry dispenser was not working before a sign was placed informing guest. Coins were inserted in the laundry dispenser and no laundry detergent given out. The corridor and room had a stuffy smell on entering. There were four persons registered to the room and everytime they changed the bath towels, you have to go to the front desk to get an extra towel since three were only provided.

They are remodeling the building and pool, but they are taking care of the cleaning and guest. To me, is ok.

Basic breakfast toaster burnt toast no matter what setting it was on Hotel first come in and it smelled clean. Go up to the rooms and it smells like mildew /old basement. That smell was everywhere. Key card wouldn't work to the room. I went back down to front desk literally 10 times. They said not to put it by the phones but I think it was the damn door. Waited outside my room multiple times trying to get it to work. They made it seem like I was crazy but the card wouldn't work. Using a card is simple and it wasn't for my room. Asked for two towels at the end of stay and they never came. No vending machine in a hotel is crazy.

El personal muy amable ,en el frontdesk Moisesm es muy atento para ayudarte o darte cualquiera información. , me gustó el desayuno , televisión variada, camas cómodas, aire acondicionado okay, me gust su pequeño gimnasio. No me gustó el cierre de las puertas, muy comp,izado para poder abrirlas, no me gustó la alfombra toda manchada, y húmeda en la habitación, no me gustó el olor tan fuerte a húmeda dentro de la habitación , al salir de la reserva , ese olor o peste quedó en mis cosas, también tienen un sofá de tela bien sucio, y lleno de manchas. Deberían cobrar menos , por todos esos detalles negativos.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Having breakfast included each morning was a huge benefit, saving us both time and money. The location was fantastic and conveniently close to many popular attractions. We found Uber fares to be very affordable, with trips to and from Dolphin Mall and Miami International Mall costing less than US$10. The combination of convenience, value, and accessibility made our trip much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. I was disappointed with the breakfast selection, as there were very few options. The bathtub in the shower area did not feel as clean as it should have under my feet, and the room carpet felt dirty, which affected my comfort during my stay.

Breakfast was not so great, overall was a good stay we came late and staff was ready to greet us. Wi-Fi didn't work fot the room, has t stay in the lobby to use wifi. Location was close to restaurant. Breakfast wasn't so great. The bed was very small for 2 persons. room had a slight smell; the lobby also had a slight scent. The pool was out of service.

Location The bed wasn't comfortable and only 1 k cup coffee in the room. The water wasn't hot for the bath tub was just barely warm.
