EVEN Hotel Miami - Doral Area, by IHG

This is a newer hotel and is in good condition. The gym looked great and what I'd normally look for in a hotel. I was irritated that there was a parking fee for the lot that was not listed on their profile and this is a suburban stand alone hotel that you wouldn't expect to get to without a car.

Overall, my experience was good. The room I selected was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. However, I would have preferred free parking during my overnight stay.

Great place to stay! Clean and the bed was amazing! Check in was flawless and customer service was top tier, especially for a late night check in. Was greeted with a smile and energy. ❤️

This hotel was great clean staff welcoming and the location was perfect tbe front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating my only issue was the parking and i think it was a one off they were having an event so parking was a bit of a nightmare

It’s a new property with great location. I was assigned to a disability room without any advise and also charged with a $15 parking space and no parking spot available during my stay that have to park near by and ask a friend to drop me off at the hotel one of the nights. Very bad experience And the person at the front desk indicate that there’s was nothing she can do about it because the owners decided to start charging this fee recently

This hotel was so cute and perfect and the staff was amazing. Truly the most incredible stay. I would definitely book here again.

I wish the hotel offered some complimentary water at least for the first night when you arrive from a trip and haven’t had time to shop. They have a pool, a bar/restaurant and an area for events within the hotel.

The best thing about this hotel has consistently been staff. We’ve stayed here several times over the last few months because of that. Location is in Doral and there are several restaurants, grocery stores and convenience stores in the area, you still need a car as everything is a few miles apart but very convenient.

The hotel appears to be fairly new, which definitely helps make the overall experience more pleasant. However, it is a very small property, and everything feels quite tight, including the parking area. Parking is also an additional fee, which is something to keep in mind. Unfortunately, the lobby bathroom had not been properly cleaned and there was no toilet paper available. Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are a few areas where attention to cleanliness and guest convenience could be improved.
