Element by Marriott Miami Doral

Excellent hotel

Nice

Bad experience

Also don’t be surprised if you have to joint the elevator with the stuff bringing garbage out or any equipment broken ac etc maintenance related

Clean and quite room. Perfect for our short one night stay

I love the element brand! Clean, spacious, safe environment

The hotel is very convenient for us because of its location. However, the terrace needs some maintenance, as the tables do not look to be in very good condition. The breakfast has improved considerably. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely hard. I’m not sure if it was just the bed in our room, 302, but it was like sleeping on a rock. The shower was not very good, and there was no handheld showerhead. This is essential for a woman when washing her hair. We had to call the handyman to fix the bathroom sink because it was completely clogged. The air conditioning was also an issue. When we set it to 74°F, it would blow hot air, so the handyman had to come and check it as well. Some nights we were quite hot, even though we set the AC to 67°F for sleeping. The restaurant is expensive, and unfortunately, the food is not very good.

It’s clean and it’s in a great location The front desk men was really rude, not helpful at all. Only the one that was on the morning, everyone else were really helpful and kind. But I wouldn’t go back I’d that man keeps working there

Superb

Lobby was old and dirty. Carpet needs replacing in 7th floor. One elevator not working. Buttons in main lobby are broken and look unsafe.

The rooms were perfect. Bed was so comfy. I will definitely stay here again!

Very good

The water pressure is terrible for bathing

The staff were attentive. Amazing breakfast. The room is very clean and neat. We had an amazing experience.

La alfombra del dormitorio no lucia limpia, al igual que la del corredor de entrada

Clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and decent size room Staff on reception could have been more attentive. I waited a significant time to check in with the woman out back on a personal call.

Only 1 elevator works
