The room was clean and well maintained. Great location...Dolphin Mall is just steps away (across the street)! Breakfast included was just what you need to start the day. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great place to stay!

I have stayed at this property more than once and I enjoy the quality amenities of the property and it's convenient location for a shopping trip or going intransit thru the Miami airport. I truly recommend it for anyone seeking out a quality place to stay.

The breakfast was odd. There were waffles you could make and yoghurt. As far as hot food there was scrambled eggs (powdered kind) and chicken nuggets that you were supposed to make breakfast tacos with… just strange. The property was clean, seemed safe, pool was good sized and there were several ev chargers on site but all very slow.

Perfect for shopping at Dolphin Mall. Fantastic breakfast and super comfy beds.

The location is within walking distance from Dolphin Mall. Miami International Mall is a short distance away. Perfect location for shopping. They are willing to hold packages for you for a small fee and will hold your bags before and after checkout. The front desk staff are lovely. There was a smell in the hallways. The ice machine was spotty.

Spacious layout of the room. Wonderfull matress and excellent pillows.All personal interaction especially the front desk was thorough. Not slimmy but REAL.and very helpful The complimetary breakfast is really below any standards. Served on a plastic plate with little plastic knife, fork and spoon.!!! Like when you buy food in the street i Also the choice of food was very simplistic every day scramled eggs with hardly any variety in the past 5 days never nice fresh bread and crispy croissants. Perhaps your cook can come a few days here in Trinidad and Then go for breakfast in our Hilton hotel in Port of Spain.. That is such a great experience and they also beat the breakfast in the local Hyatt on the waterfront in POS.So do something about that breafast!!! It is a disgrace compared to everything else the hotel has to offer.

Nice proximity to mall
