Its a lovely location. No breakfast included but definitely good for shopping in terms of walking to Dolphin mall and back to put bags or just walk across multiple times for the day. A bit dated but staff was helpful. No problems with AC as some People mentioned

Checked out a day early due to the airline found me a flight after they canceled my original flight which is why I ended up at the courtyard. The courtyard still charged me the day I didn’t stay. So they were able to rent the room again and get double paid.

However, I do feel that the overall condition of the property needs much more attention, particularly for a Marriott-branded hotel and one that appears to receive a high volume of guests. The hotel and rooms are beginning to feel quite rundown and would greatly benefit from refurbishment and better ongoing maintenance. Cleanliness was also a concern during my stay. There was hair in the room, several areas did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and, most concerning, there was mold present in the room. These are issues that should definitely be addressed, as they significantly affect the overall guest experience. The friendliness of the staff and the convenient location were certainly positives, but the property itself needs improvement. With refurbishment, stronger maintenance, and much more attention to housekeeping standards, this hotel could provide a much better experience.
