The staff was very warm, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I love the location as well. It is easy to commute from there. Love the fact that a mall is just across the carpark from there. Despite the fact that the room was cleaned everyday, I think the carpet in the room needs to be industrially vacuumed/cleaned. It did not have a fresh scent it should have and that was a bummer.

Staff were attentive and friendly. For a small additional fee we were able to check in very early and got some snacks included with the fee. Well worth the money spent. The room was spacious and clean but somewhat dated. Nevertheless, we had good sleep and enjoyed our stay here.

Room was very clean. our first time staying at the Marriott. Definitely will be our main hotel for future trips to Maimi.
