DoubleTree by Hilton Miami - Doral, FL

Always, warm, welcoming and professional staff.

There was a water leak from the AC vent, and leaking water into the bed. Also air conditioner system is right next the the head rest by the bed, very noisy and bad design of the room having the AC in that location

My husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Highly recommended 10/10

Very nice for our short stay and clean and comfortable.

Horrible service and experience..charged me 367 for smoke microscopic cuttling of tabacco leafs and some stains on the table claiming it's weed.no physical smoking was done and I was Charged that much.customer service was no help and managers was no help and just kept transferring calls.we had over 4 rooms booked for a wedding and I brought them multiple businesses..unprofessional and robbing I wouldn't recommend staying here.never again.

I will never recommend this hotel again. After booking 4 different rooms, checking out early and still paying the full amount. The hotel charged me 4 additional charges they were unable to explain. I had to call 3 times for resolution and now we are being accused of smoking in the room based on scratches on the table. This is completely unacceptable! We had room service and daily cleaning the whole time we were present, at no point was this mentioned or were we asked to leave. This is very unprofessional and money hungry. In addition they sent the email to a completely different email than what we provided to ensure we did now have the details.

A/C problems

Good location, easy access, nice space to smoke cigars Staff was very good but way understaffed, and you need more people at the front desk. The wait to check in can be long because the one person is running around alone.

There's no guest laundry.

We go to Miami often and do not like to stay in crowded neighborhoods. This location was perfect for us to be near family, shoping and and easy drive to sight seeing. We went to the gym everyday of our stay and enjoyed the pool one of the days of our stay. The room was comfy. We were very happy with our stay and would definently stay here again. Did not have to interact with the staff often but when I did they were pleasant.

I have used this property on three other trips. It is located in a prime location near the airport and a shopping mall.

Very clean, excellent location, friendly staff
