I like there is a kitchen, but no tv on the living room area and the couch is uncomfortable to seat bc is a small couch bed. The coffee machine didnt work. The breakfast is ok, nothing fancy, all plastic plates and cups, no tablecloth in the tables. Overall the place feels like a 2 stars hotel.

El servido al cliente es increíble. Las habitaciones son súper cómodas, completas y acogedoras.

Clean, good staff, and decent breakfast. The location is excellent. Only complaint is the mattress was not comfortable. Not a deal breaker though. Only stayed one night, so the washer dryer and kitchen I did not need. But someone staying a few days it would be awesome.

It was my first time booking a hotel and the staff were very helpful.

Personal agradable. La habitacion limpia. Muy practico tener lavadora y secadora en el cuarto. Desayuno poco Variado y super básico
-
It was close to the Dolphin Mall The washer dryer was old and small. Made a lot of noise. Slept 4 nights and housekeeping only changed the towels, took out the kitchen trash and made the bed. Didn't change the sheets or clean the floor

It's location Staff look miserable and most of them don't speak English. I asked for dairy free or plant based milk for breakfast, they told me they did not have it. Then I found it in the fridge. They did not understand what was saying but just responded negatively. Breakfast self service using disposable plates and cutlery. The could not even provide a free bottle of water in the room upon arrival.
