Clean and perfect location

Overall hotel was ok but my check in night wasnt good after a long flight we was ready to lay down bathroom toilet was nasty and the pull out bed was nastyyyyyy geesh look like it havent been change in awhile so first night stay wasnt good I really wanted to leave but next day they got it straight.My kids love the pool but I felt outta place it was like international but not black ppl seen maybe 3 no one really spoke english like dat.The breakfast was terrible kids didnt wont it but room was nice and hotel was close to stores and malls but far from south beach close to airport ...To be honest I would feel beeter getting my first night of money back Housekeeping needs to do wayyyy better seen alot things that wasnt ok as a housekeeper inspector myself

Excellent hotel, I'll definitely stay again. They have a breakfast included like in NO other Hotel. I was shocked. Great location too.

No me gusto que no se puede llevar otro tipo de comida a la piscina ,, ordenamos mucha comida del hotel ,, pero quería algo diferente. Y no pude comermelo en la piscina

My experience was disappointing. I spoke with the front desk and asked them to have my room serviced because there were no towels. When I returned that evening, nothing had been done. There was still no shampoo either. It seems there is very poor communication among the staff, as my request was never addressed. I hope they improve this, as it really affects the guest experience.

The night staff is absolutely the best. The facility is beautiful and the pool looks like a great time. The breakfast could use a little upgrade. The decor did not match the quality of breakfast served. I don't expect meatballs and cold cuts for breakfast. But the lack of quality may be due to the lovely kitchen inside of the suites. The staff definitely make up for any short comings.
