Despite these shortcomings, Brandon, Mario, and Christian provided exceptional customer service. They were always friendly, professional, and willing to help in any way they could. The amenities, including the laundry facilities and pool, were also excellent and added to the overall convenience of our stay. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant experience and would gladly return. We hope these minor issues are addressed, as they would make future stays even better.

Room was very spacious for my family of six. Everything was clean and staff was very attentive. Breafast was the typical options you'll see in highly rated properties. Although not in walking distance, shops and restaurants were close. You pay to park but the rate is very reasonable.

The location was perfect, the room was very spacious and clean, bed was super comfortable felt like floating on cloud 9. Just a really great stay and will definitely be returning here. Bathroom was nice and spacious which was really great. Breakfast was included. I paid ahead of time but when I got there I was advised they didnt receive my payment which was already reflected on my credit card and was about to double charged.

We have stayed here on several ocassions and it has always had great service, clean rooms and plenty of space in the room.
