Receptionist staff was excellent on checking in and out. The bed spread appears worn and should be changed. Hot water takes an unduely long delay.

Positive experience at the hotel. Decent, clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet at night. Convenient location for us since family lives in the area. Walking distance to the Dolphin Mall. Paid breakfast at the restaurant was just OK.

Peter at the front desk was exceptionally stellar with his quality customer service skills. I will caution in the room we stayed there were no working charger stations. Bring your cubes.

I love the modern updates and decor of the hotel. Upon entering the lobby, I immediately get the feeling of a tropical vacation!! That my stay wasn’t longer

Go elsewhere. Small, outdated rooms, and not very clean.

The hotel is location is great. Walkable to mall. Parking was no issue. Room was clean and everything was in working order. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing I did not like was the flamingo painting on the front of the hotel was very old and faded unlike the photos. It needs to be repainted.
