The rooms were clean, the property was also very well maintained. The staff we’re super nice! The complementary breakfast was great as well! Location of the hotel was perfect. Basically in the International Mall of Miami’s parking lot and 3-5 minutes to Dolphin Mall. Would definitely book this hotel again!

Very limited parking, but free. Adjacent parking at the mall parking lot. Heavy smoking in the bldg near our room left a smell of smoke for our stay.

En el check in la persona me atendió, me dio la habitación equivocada no conseguía abrirla y bajé tres veces a avisar imy simplemente me cambiaba la llave, hasta que vino alguien y abrió la puerta y estaba otra persona en la habitación, también tenía dos habitaciones reservadas y solo me asignó una habitación, por otra parte el hotel me ha descontado una noche de mi reserva. De resto todo muy bien como siempre

Es limpia, moderno, las habitaciones amplias bonitas me parece un buen sitio y cerca de todo El desayuno aunque incluido no es tan bueno no tiene bar el restaurante es pequeño

We needed a mobility accessible room with 2 beds. Our room was spacious and comfortable, came with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. Bathroom had bars on the walls everywhere and was generously spacious. The one downside is the tub. You will have to use an attachable tub bench…, however, water gets everywhere on the floor as there is no way to close the curtain and avoid this. It is better than nothing. I just made sure to ring all the water from the floor using a towel.
