Overall helpful and hospitable staff. Very clean and well equipped room and general property is nice as well. The pool could use a little work around aesthetic and bar area but a great time nonetheless.

Breakfast is SO overpriced. Not worth the expense at all. Go eat somewhere else. $20 for 2 eggs, old potato’s, and 2 over done sausage links.

Was not able to access the unit. The agent stopped answering the phone and text. Complete scam. Had to be relocated at 8pm at night.

Terrible check-in process. People on the phone did not speak English. Water pressure was very low. Place had obviously not been dusted for months. Allergies kicked in. Prevented from lowering ac below 65 on a hot night. No sugar or sweetener for morning coffee. Place was damp and musty.

The property was great but the staff made it even better. I was in the lobby, getting ready to go out to eat and I asked the staff at the desk where the ice machine was for when I get back and they told me they would have ice delivered to my room. The parking was a bit over priced, and as a hotel guest, I could only park on garage levels 5 and up, but otherwise all was great.

Multiple lifts to get to the rooms the rooms and bathroom were old and outdated no where near what I would expect from a five star hotel more like a three
