The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out process was confusing and inconvenient. Had we known this wasn’t an actual hotel room with hotel services and standards, we would have booked elsewhere. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

The mare restaurant needs great improvement. The service was very bad, and the staff were all in dirty uniforms with holes.
-
A bit overpriced.

I would like to extend a special thank you to Stephanie Kopfstedt, the General Manager, whose support and attentiveness in assisting with a package delivered after my departure truly stood out. The only minor inconvenience was the need to take two elevators to access the rooms, but this is a very small detail and did not affect the overall excellent experience.

If drinks were cheaper hotel would probably sell more . We noticed we were the only people who purchased drinks .

Someone went into our room and left messy things while we were out.

Location rooms was dirty and had ripped up towels

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING WE LOVED THE STAY AND THE LOCATION WAS GREAT AND WAS EASY TO GET AROUND. I WENT TO THE SPA ON MY BIRTHDAY AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. N/A
-
We lost a watch that was left in a bathrobe pocket, it was no accident.
-
Location Room small, dirty, carpet dirty, no hot water, bathroom old and outdated
-
Great location You have to take elevator up to 25th floor and then a different one down to your room. Rooms are dated. Staff all but invisible. Towels are old and not soft. Expensive for what it was.
-
The location is very good , the staff very attentive , the room was a little to little but was fine , I do recommend to stay at this hotel Maybe the room was a little to small , but it was fine, maybe is more for a person traveling by her own and I was traveling with my husband , next time I will take care in choosing the room because I had stayed previously and there are more spacious rooms

The location No shower cap

A bit on the Expensive side for the room anemeties

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and had an amazing view. It felt very luxurious. The elevators were confusing; you had to take one set to the lounge on the 25th floor, then take another set to the floor with your room. Also, the pool hours were short (closed at 7 pm) which meant we never had a chance to use the pool.

It's nickel and diming your customers.
