Five star and worth the price .

First hotel I’ve ever stayed at where I felt like I was the most important guest there I would imagine that’s how everyone feels based on the amenities. The helpfulness of the staff is truly the best of the best.

I truly enjoyed the exceptional service throughout my stay. From the valet team to check-in and check-out, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely professional. The staff listened to guests' needs and made me feel valued throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the extended checkout, which was a thoughtful gesture. The hospitality was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Every interaction reflected a high level of care and professionalism, making my stay both comfortable and memorable. The only aspect that disappointed me was the lack of a dedicated spa within the hotel itself. As a luxury property, I expected a full-service Four Seasons spa on-site. While there is access to spa services through the affiliated Equinox facility, it felt more like a partnership than an integrated hotel amenity. In addition, the spa services ended relatively early in the evening, which limited flexibility for guests. Having a dedicated Four Seasons spa with extended hours would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and better align with the exceptional standard of service provided throughout the rest of the property.

Pool area was beautiful. Our best cocktail experience was at Séptimo, and the DJ was amazing. Really appreciated an early check in as well.

It's rare to find a team so consistently dedicated to guest satisfaction, and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Pool side restaurant could serve better food

The Four Seasons continues to be head and shoulders above any other hotel.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable. Every detail was handled with care, and the level of service was outstanding throughout our stay.

Nice fourseason but the employees need to be better trained! There need to be more attention on the swimming pool to attend the people! Slow service!

What can I say! Everything to perfection

Not happy with my overall stay, they were not able to find my colleague on the booking, which clearly indicates his name on the booking. Bad communication, of the booking and did not resolve the situation, I have send a message to Booking.com to investigate this matter.
