Double charged my card, sheets had blood stains by the foot of the bed. Bed extremely hard. Restaurant we went to down stairs was extremely loud. Food was good though.

Today’s hotel- minimal amenities, maid service when you leave. Ice bucket had no lid, coffee machine was cobbled together, overall expect more for the high price

Just a quick overnight stay on the night before our cruise. Perfect distance to shopping and walking along the water. Enjoyed a quick dip in the rooftop pool as well. The staff was very helpful and informative. The shuttle to the cruise ship was also very convenient! Will stay again!

I booked this hotel because it was close to the Port of Miami. The location of the hotel is fantastic. I truly feel a lot safer when the main lobby isn’t on street level. The bar located in the hotel has the best bartender
