Great hotel love it in every way

Overall, I had a good stay here. The room I stayed in was really nice and honestly one of my favorite parts of the hotel. The location is also super convenient, especially if you’re staying in Brickell. A lot of restaurants, shops, and other places are within walking distance, and there are two Publix locations nearby, which was very convenient. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although I did have an interaction with one staff member who seemed to have a bit of an attitude, which wasn’t the best experience. There were also a couple of room issues. The shower had a problem during my stay, and the remote was noticeably dirty and could have used a proper cleaning. Despite those small issues, I enjoyed my stay overall. The room, location, and convenience definitely made up for some of the shortcomings. I would consider staying here again.

Overall okay experience. There were loud children running the hallways all evening and I could barely sleep after traveling internationally.

Everything was great. Just don’t leave anything out when housekeeping cleans the room. AirPods gone.

I had a booking here and couldn’t make it due to family purposes, after a week of calling to possibly get a refund my request was denied without any explanation. I will never book with Hotel Indigo or any other IHG hotel. Ever again.

Staff was very nice and helpful, my room wasn’t ready when I got there. So they offered us a drink for our inconvenience which was a plus. Room was great with a nice view
