That time hot water isnt available. They have given us free breakfast and 2 complimentary drink. The lady staff that day of sunday 10/4 is very rude.

We had Jewel as our server most mornings at breakfast …. He was a delight! Lots of construction in the area , but the hotel was hip & fresh in the brickell downtown area . A must try !

The room was very comfortable, the location was great. The staff was welcoming and helpful, mosto of the time. I did not like breakfast, you can choose only a few things from a menu, one day it comes a portion, the day after it's a smaller, or a bigger. My room was not super clean.

I like Hotel Indigo very much and have stayed there numerous times over the last few years alone or with my family. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed, nice friendly staff, great location, great value. The night I stayed there was horrible, because of a guest staying also on the 6th floor and near my room. She was shouting and talking very loudly and being obnoxious and disrespectful from 11pm until 2am. I called the front desk numerous times, because I could not sleep, security came up to her room, but the guest refused to open the door, then security left and the guest would continue shouting. I was very upset and finally at 1:25AM I dressed and went down to the front desk and asked for the front desk attendant to call the police. At that point, I was frightened and could not sleep for my meetings the following morning. The following morning at check out, the lady who assisted me listened to my experience and admitted she had heard about it, and apologized, saying that the hotel will refund the night stay. I sent an email to the email address through booking.com with the videos from my room and the hallway of the lady shouting in her room at 12 am and 1:20 am, but I never got a response and I never received a refund. Please can you send a refund as promised. I like Hotel Indigo, but unfortunately this has happened before in February 2026, when we stayed there with my family for 4 nights and on 2 occasions there were "parties" on our floor and we could not sleep! I look forward to hearing back from Hotel Indigo. Regards, Trishka

Good sized room and location No hot water, had to run the shower twice for at least 20 mins to get warm water. The blow dryer was also constantly cold

Overall, I had a good stay here. The room I stayed in was really nice and honestly one of my favorite parts of the hotel. The location is also super convenient, especially if you’re staying in Brickell. A lot of restaurants, shops, and other places are within walking distance, and there are two Publix locations nearby, which was very convenient. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although I did have an interaction with one staff member who seemed to have a bit of an attitude, which wasn’t the best experience. There were also a couple of room issues. The shower had a problem during my stay, and the remote was noticeably dirty and could have used a proper cleaning. Despite those small issues, I enjoyed my stay overall. The room, location, and convenience definitely made up for some of the shortcomings. I would consider staying here again.

Overall okay experience. There were loud children running the hallways all evening and I could barely sleep after traveling internationally.

Everything was great. Just don’t leave anything out when housekeeping cleans the room. AirPods gone.
