This our first time staying there. My wife liked it and was happy with our suite the moment we walked in. That’s what made it an excellent stay. Because when it comes to hotels and travel accommodations, she is very picky. We look forward to our next stay.

The staff was very attentive and courteous ! The suite was very spacious and clean ! My room was on the 22nd fl with a balcony and a great view of the city. Definitely loved the 2 bathrooms and 2 tvs the room has with the microwave and mini frig ! The Breakfast with hot and cold food options were tasty ! We also enjoyed having breakfast outside on the large balcony was a nice option ! The location was walkable to Publix and transportation. Definitely will be booking again !!

Fantastic place to stay to soak in the World Cup. The bar is a wee bit pricey but everything else is on point. 👌

We booked the hotel for 3 people. The first night there’s was only 2 towels, we tried calling the front desk the phone wasn’t working so we went to the lobby and we asked if we could get 1 more towels. I proceeded to tell the staff that we need it an extra set of towels, and for the next 3 days that we were there, we had to come back downstairs to get the extra set . They also said they were gonna send maintenance upstairs to check the phone, because it wasn’t working but they did. There was also a big amount of water coming from the walls of the bathroom to the bedroom hallway.
