Atwell Suites Miami Brickell by IHG

Loved the entire property. It was very clean and well maintained. Central located as well

Alin was a great staff at the front desk! Business computer and on TV streaming was not working. Besides that it was good.

very convenient to locations

Alain was the night desk clerk. He was very friendly and greeted us each night when we came in from our adventures.

Balcony

The hotel’s location is wonderful and the staff very friendly. They allowed us for a late check out. Breakfast is great but can be varied a bit more.

Everything gets a 5 star LITERALLY .! Especially Approaching the front desk space…looks like a luxury resort . The housekeepers did a GREAT job . The ensured the rooms STAYED clean…The staff were good…everyone was always clean, dressed nice looking good . The breakfast was on and the balcony was a nice place with an AWSOME view

Overall experience was really good

Breakfast bomb , balcony to die for 10/10

I loved the pool and the view. The room we had way a high floor room with a balcony! Excellent choice!!!!

Rooms were clean. The bartender Chris was extremely helpful with tips on how to use the transportation system. Alain was compassionate and efficient when I checked in. Room was quiet and the view from the suite was amazing. Breakfast was average but hot and fresh.

Close to public transportation

All good.

Very spacious, clean, close to free transportation. Great stay!

Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. They went above and beyond to assist with my questions and requests, always doing so with a friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help. Their customer service made a stressful travel situation much easier and truly made me feel taken care of. It’s clear that the front desk team understands the importance of creating a positive guest experience. Their kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. I would definitely stay at Aloft Miami – Brickell again and highly recommend it, especially because of the wonderful staff!

I absolutely loved this place

Gave the wrong room, mold all over the bed sheets and pillows, no money back or refund offered.

The location was good The staff, the male manager at the desk was not helpful, the walls are so thin you can hear everything. Overall disappointing

The staff was friendly, ideal location, and room was clean

Great hotel overall , 21sr floor was very nice with 2 bedrooms , nice big balcony , continental breakfast , everybody was so nice , will be back
