Very poor houskeeping service. Parking very expensive in hotel.

Upon check in we were told there was a $35 "resort fee", but that included $17 that you could use either at the bar or for breakfast. We passed on getting drinks, but planned to use it for breakfast. We were surprised to find that breakfast was $25/person, so passed and wasted the $17 credit. Had we known, we would've used the $17 to by a drink the night before. Seems like a bait/switch and not a perk at all.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, pool area was amazing, I lost my Gucci glasses during the " holding of suitcases" and we're found and returned by staff. In the center of Brickle area, malls and best places to eat at. I would highly recommend. They are associated with Bonvoy Marriot as well.

Overall the hotel was very nice

The linens in our room were dirty. They sent new ones with the maintenance guy. We had to call again and request housekeeping to make the bed. The bathroom sink was clogged. Amenities were missing in the bathroom when we spoke directly at the front desk, they were very defensive. The manager in charge Trevisor promise 15,000 points for the inconvenience which we never got. We called several times the hotel after checkout left messages with names and numbers. Nobody called us. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean

The check in was on a higher floor which made it a very different but welcomed change. The hotel staff were so nice, helpful, and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. The AC worked so nicely that we were actually cold. The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. There is a lot of construction in the area causing some eye sores, but understandable so. Check out was a breeze! The location was surrounded by things to do, walkable and otherwise. We will definitely stay again if the need comes again.

The hotel it's self was very nice. Pool was cool but closes early.the breakfast was trash and not worth the 25 and the drinks are outrageously priced. Would for sure stay again but would not purchase drinks or food from them

The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay memorable. From check‑in to checkout, the service was seamless.
