AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Brickell

The check in was on a higher floor which made it a very different but welcomed change. The hotel staff were so nice, helpful, and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. The AC worked so nicely that we were actually cold. The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. There is a lot of construction in the area causing some eye sores, but understandable so. Check out was a breeze! The location was surrounded by things to do, walkable and otherwise. We will definitely stay again if the need comes again.

The hotel it's self was very nice. Pool was cool but closes early.the breakfast was trash and not worth the 25 and the drinks are outrageously priced. Would for sure stay again but would not purchase drinks or food from them

The rooms are spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I loved the minimalist aesthetic, the comfortable bedding, and the floor‑to‑ceiling windows that brought in so much natural light. Everything felt fresh, clean, and intentionally arranged. The bathroom was equally impressive with its walk‑in shower, premium toiletries, and crisp, modern finishes. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, a true oasis above the city. The views of Brickell’s skyline are stunning, and the atmosphere is calm and sophisticated. It’s the perfect place to unwind after exploring Miami or to start your morning with a peaceful swim. The location couldn’t be better. You’re steps away from Brickell City Centre, incredible restaurants, cafés, and nightlife. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, the convenience is unbeatable. The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay memorable. From check‑in to checkout, the service was seamless. Had a great time here. The hotel bar was a lot of fun and had a great vibe. Great bartender. Pool was great. It’s unfortunate there is a lot of construction around the property. Great location. Near plenty of restaurants and shops.

Beautiful place! Clean and organized

Staff was not helpful at all. They gave me the wrong room when I requested to keep the same room I had when I reserved my queen room. Now they’re trying to overcharge my card so no I won’t be visiting that one again.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience special was the exceptional customer service. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was also excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Great staff, great location, and a fantastic atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Awesome service.

It was within walking distance of where we wanted to go during our stay. That’s about it. Everything else. The prices, parking situation and fees, traffic was insane in this area of town.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Hotel daily credit was $17 I only got $15 and nothing cost $17 or less. You have to pay extra money regardless of what you buy on the property. House service car staff was not the best. They did not want to drive in the traffic.
