EAST Miami

5 star experience from day of check in to check out! Our room was clean, had made service every day and bar was stocked with snacks and soft and hard beverages. Hotel had amazing restaurants. Staff was happy, pleasant and eager to help in anyway possible. EAST is located perfectly in Brickell City Center. Love the architecture and the interior design of the room very modern and clean. Was an incredible experience and will definitely visit again.

Really nice room

I just loved this hotel. Everything was so computerized automatic and easy to use. I really felt spoiled when I was staying there. I can’t wait to go back and bring friends or my husband.

Pool is great but be mindful it’s first come first served so even if staying at the hotel if people purchase resort passes and are there you may not even get a chair everything else was pretty good

Such a luxurious stay! The rooftop bar was fun and upbeat. The pool was relaxing and had great staff attentiveness. Great food options. My room was spacious and clean with good air conditioning which is usually a struggle in hotels in my opinion but I have no complaints

Everything Nothing

Las instalaciones tienen todo. Me cancelaron la reserva porque presuntamente no pudieron realizar el cobro a mi tarjeta, sin embargo, me avisaron faltando unas horas para llegar a Miami y no pude contestar en el vuelo. Mi tarjeta estaba funcionando a la perfección. Cuando llegué me habían cancelado la reserva y me tocó tomar una habitación con un precio mucho más elevado del que había reservado y con otras condiciones, lo mismo le sucedió a otra persona. Creo que se aprovechan cuando està full house, pero es una política totalmente lesiva para el cliente y no tiene nada de sentido que no den tiempo para revisar lo de la tarjeta de crédito, solo se contactaron conmigo por un correo electrónico que evidentemente a esa hora no podía responder. La persona de la recepción fue grosera ante mi reclamación. Pagué en total 500 usd de más por que el hotel así lo quiso.
