The staff around the pool were very friendly and customer oriented. Enjoyed the pool and the vibe.

Very active hotel on the strip of Miami. This hotel is beautiful for a good time to be had. Just make sure you have money for your stay so you can truly have an experience.

Wonderful location with great views. Food, the mall, gym, pool is all there to enjoy. I felt luxurious and comfortable here.

I love everything about my room. My husband and I celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary there. The front desk manager and staff went beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was perfect for our stay and our anniversary.

Room was beautiful. Amenities were excellent. Food at the restaurants were really good. The Mall being closed was an added plus. Walking distance to a lot of stores.

Our residence was clean and ready upon arrival. And our delicious breakfast was served by very warm and friendly staff members. The location of the shopping mall could not have been more convenient, especially in light of some rainy weather that we had at the beginning of our stay. I look forward to our next visit.

I love staying here. I solo travel as a woman and feel so safe, the property is clean and everyone is very nice and courteous. Of course I’ll be back! ☺️

The place was great.. it was just the elevator part you have to get on a certain elevator to get to your floor .. other than that it was a 9/10 i would recommend it to anybody coming to MIAMI
