The rooms are modern, spacious and have great views, especially with the floor to ceiling windows and balconies. The pool area is also really well done and feels more like a place you actually want to spend part of the day rather than just a hotel amenity. One of the best parts is Sugar on the rooftop. The views from the 40th floor, especially around sunset and at night, are incredible and it is nice being able to have one of Miami’s better rooftop spots without even leaving the hotel. The staff were great throughout the stay and everything felt easy. If you want to stay in Brickell and be walking distance from a lot of what Miami has to offer, while still having a hotel that feels stylish and comfortable enough to enjoy on its own, EAST is a great choice.

Favorite hotel in Miami!

The room gives the impression as if it’s clean but it’s not. The shampoo holders have mold in them. Don’t use it. I found nails on the floor which I find disgusting. The property is in a prime area so it’s very nice. The staff will bring your uber food up but if you call them they will tell you to come down because they don’t bring the food up which is confusing.

Exceptional

My main concern was the condition and cleanliness of the room. The room I stayed in appeared to be a bit older and showed some signs of wear, including peeling/stripping paint and a few areas that could benefit from some maintenance and refreshing. Additionally, when I first arrived, I noticed hair on the floor and in different areas of the room, which made it seem as though the room had not been cleaned as thoroughly as expected prior to my arrival. That being said, these concerns did not take away from the positive interactions I had with the staff or the convenience of the location. I did enjoy my stay overall, and with a little more attention to room maintenance and housekeeping standards, the experience could have been even better.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL!!! CHI-CHI AND MARICARMEN FROM THE POOL STAFF MADE MY WHOLE TRIP!!
