Great location if you need to be close to downtown. A lot of the upholstered furniture in the room was stained. There is no indoor lounge or bar or restaurant to sit down and work in. Only outdoors - in Florida. And the only bar at the hotel, the poolside bar closed at 5:30, just as I wrapped up work and headed down to enjoy the property.

Location, room size The hotel has electrical issues that need to be addressed as they could be hazardous. Several outlets didn't work and even more concerning when I plugged in my $300 computer monitor I use for travel, the current shorted my monitor destroying it and causing it to almost catch on fire.

location, that’s all this property has to offer originally booked a room that was privately owned outside of platform that had fecal matter splattered on the wall upon check in. Went to front desk to get moved to a different room and they put me in another room that had hair on the bathroom sink, a pimple patch stuck to the wall in the shower and there was still dirty silverware in the dishwasher. Awful experience, will never be staying here again.

This place is amazing. We love the view and balcony such a great view ever. We can see all the downtown and this place is closed by the restaurants. So convenient

The room 803 smelled terribly bad. Then I told in a direct booking during check out date and they gave me another room. 710 was great. 803 smelled like dead animal or fumigant.

Location Staff were rude, had to wait super long for check in. Rooms deteriorated, wall paper coming off and they gave us a disabled room when we didn’t book that category.
