location, that’s all this property has to offer originally booked a room that was privately owned outside of platform that had fecal matter splattered on the wall upon check in. Went to front desk to get moved to a different room and they put me in another room that had hair on the bathroom sink, a pimple patch stuck to the wall in the shower and there was still dirty silverware in the dishwasher. Awful experience, will never be staying here again.

This place is amazing. We love the view and balcony such a great view ever. We can see all the downtown and this place is closed by the restaurants. So convenient

The room 803 smelled terribly bad. Then I told in a direct booking during check out date and they gave me another room. 710 was great. 803 smelled like dead animal or fumigant.

Location Staff were rude, had to wait super long for check in. Rooms deteriorated, wall paper coming off and they gave us a disabled room when we didn’t book that category.

My stay at the SLS was much less than pleasurable. They were stains on many of the items, dirt, random hair. It was just not up to par and I paid an extra $50 to be in this upgraded room which was far from being upgraded. the room is not well taken care of there was a mold around the bathtub the shower water and sink water never became hot, not even lukewarm and the front desk associate never sent anyone up to assist us with getting hot water and did not offer to move our room. I previously stayed at the SLS in Dubai and had a wonderful experience so I thought my experience would be the same but it was far from that.
