Element by Marriott Miami Brickell

The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved having the chefs prepare your food fresh each morning. The location was perfect—within walking distance of several restaurants and directly across from Brickell City Centre, making it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed the complimentary Tesla service, which was a wonderful added perk. Our room, complete with a kitchen, was spacious, comfortable, and great for our stay. The only downside was housekeeping. While they serviced the room, our trash wasn’t emptied, and I felt they could have done a better job keeping the room refreshed during our stay. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality from Melissa, Jahmysha, and Kayla. The staff went above and beyond to help us throughout our visit and surprised us with an anniversary balloon, a bottle of wine, a gift bag filled with goodies, a birthday card for my husband’s birthday, and a small charcuterie board. I was completely surprised and so touched by their thoughtfulness! That special gesture was one of the highlights of our trip to Miami. If you’re looking for a great place to stay with an amazing location and outstanding customer service, I definitely recommend giving them a try!

Great for the night before our cruise. Rooftop pool with lounge chairs and a poolside bar. Only downside was breakfast was limited to one hot choice that changes daily. Cereal, waffles and bagels available each day.

Great location, next to Publix, coffeehouse, eateries, shops, and can walk to the water and watch the boats. This is my second time staying at this location!

Cierra at the front desk and Helena at the pool bar help to make our stay memorable. I totally recommend the Ekenent by Marriott Brickell. The shops at Brickell are in walking distance. This place is ideal and nothing short of amazing. Thank you Element Miami Brickell.

I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Did not like the fact that you could not take breakfast up to your room. And they offered limited seating options.

This hotel is centrally located in Brickell, with walking distance to Brickell city center, a Publix, and a roof top bar for a little night cap. The staff was really friendly. Pool views are amazing, and the free continental breakfast with fresh made foods were delicious. 10 out of 10!

Great staffs, amenities and a connection with public transportations. Restaurants and supermarkets within two blocks. A variety breakfast is serving daily. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The room service kept the rooms clean daily. The view was awesome. The kitchen amenities, good. The rooms were very quiet and private. Bathroom was perhaps a lil bit small. Breakfast a great variety. I was impressed with the quality of service.

The location was an easy walk to some restaurants that we liked and was a fast drive to the port. We felt the beds were a little soft and we didn’t care for the pillows. Breakfast was limited and we didn’t like it that much. we also weren’t not aware that there was a $37 resort fee.

The done-to-order breakfast option was very limited but otherwise satisfactory. Staff should warn guests who may be affected by the noise nuisance from the train.
