The hotel was beautiful and clean. The pool and bar areas were really nice. The continental breakfast was convenient but could have been a little better

We had a series of minor inconveniences that made our stay kind of meh. It started with the room -- we were given an accessible room which didn't work for our family of 4. We were supposed to have a bar/stool area that is missing in the accessible configuration and the doors kept banging into each other which was a lot with two adults and two kids. We were able to change rooms the next day after a few miscommunications from the front desk about when it would be ready (it was ready but no one told us). Then we didn't have linens for the pullout couch and the font desk seemed annoyed that we called them (the housekeeping line went straight to a full mailbox) -- when housekeeping did bring the linens it was half of what we requested (a single sheet for the pullout couch). Overall, the hotel is nice and our correct room was great for our family. Having a small kitchen and fridge was great for having our own water/snacks/leftovers.

I do not recommend this stay, because the room where we were put the phones did not work and the staff came into our room late at night with no warning whatsoever. Definitely not a save hotel to stay at.

The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great.

My stay was great. Hotel friendly and staff very helpful. Service rep at front desk went out her way to print documents up for me. I would definitely visit this place again.

Went to Miami for a girls trip over the weekend. The BEST Miami hotel I’ve stayed in. I’ve been to Miami over 5 times. Room was really big, clean and had everything one would need. The staff was also super sweet and accommodating for every need. I will stay here every time going forward!

Nice hotel, relatively clean and very helpful and friendly staff. The mandatory hotel resort fee was a bit more than what Expedia said to budget for and the amenities that came with it in my opinion weren’t worth it.

the rooms are comfortable and the stuff is nice. the location is great there are no vegetables in breakfast, the parking costs too much - 55$ for a night

Book the room!! A group of 24 . Not one complaint. Superb will definitely stay again
