Friendly staff and great spot for solo traveling. Rooms on the smaller side so more than one person in the room can get cramped. Nice pool with a great view of the city. Second time staying here and I’d stay again and again! The location is right in the heart of Brickell, within walking distance to many hot restaurants , bars and of course Brickell City Centre.

The check in process is so hectic. You gotta do everything yourself. I’m paying for convenient !! No housekeeping during my stay. Had to call 2-3 times for washcloths but only received hand towels during my 3 night stay. Only 1 iron for an entire floor to share. No ice available. Lil refrigerator in room broke. It’s pretty much a technology hotel but very inconvenient at the same time. It’s a good location but very inconvenient at the same time. If I can’t get house keeping, clean towels & wash-clothes while I stay then it’s a NO for me.

Located in the heart of brickell and a 20 second walk from sexy fish! Nice spacious room for one person. Only thing is the heater in the room didn’t work too well but other than that everything was amazing and i have no complaints!!! Rooftop pool had an amazing view and the Breakfast was good as well!

Check-in was a quick and easy, reception/lounge area and bars were perfect. Rooftop pool and bar are great and not too busy. Room and cleaning schedule was impeccable. I extended my stay by 2 days which reflects how happy I was with the facilities.

The property is very well organized. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They even held my luggage after checkout which is appreciated. However, my room had alot of dust. Not certain if the room was unoccupied for quite some time.

The hotel is conveniently located near the cruise ports, which was a huge plus for us. It’s right where you want to be, with many popular spots within walking distance. For the girlies, Sexy Fish is literally across the street, and Sephora is only about a 2-minute walk away. The rooms are better suited for solo travelers, but my husband and I stayed overnight before a cruise, and it was manageable for a short stay. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up booking another stay after our cruise as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! I do wish the bathrooms offered a bit more privacy and that the sinks were located inside the actual bathroom area. As mentioned, the room layout seems to be better suited for solo travelers rather than couples or groups.
