First time in Miami and the experience was top notch.

Everything was clean , very quiet environment and affordable base on the area .

Hotel is old and bathrooms, beds, kitchen all need to be renovated or at least a lite more comfortable. Beds only fits one person unless is for kids. Bathroom was a little dirty shower. Pillows are so old and only 3 in each bed. I was scared to stay there but Thank God it was only one night.

I leave here two nights. The room and bathroom are not good the staff is very nice and friendly but property is not well maintained

Excellent hotel.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Near a Publix, which is good if you want to store foods in the fridge and cook in the room’s kitchen to save money. My only issue was I had to get kitchenware from the front desk and that it was not in the room upon arrival. That, and I needed an extra pillow but non were available. Outside of those minor issues, I would recommend this hotel.

Do not stay here, BED BUG INFESTATION! INFESTACION POR CHINCHES DE CAMA, estamos todos llenos de picaduras. Our stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites Miami Downtown Brickell was an absolute nightmare. My wife, myself, and our service dog woke up covered from head to toe in severe, painful bed bug bites. We required urgent emergency medical treatment at FastCare Urgent Care in Miami Beach, where the physician officially documented the severe infestation injuries.To make matters worse, after we filed a corporate complaint with medical evidence, the local hotel management corruptly reported our completed stay to Booking.com as a "no-show" on August 6th in a desperate attempt to erase the paper trail and block our right to leave a review. Thankfully, Booking.com investigated, accepted our physical checkout logs, and overrode the hotel's fraudulent action.Corporate Risk Management has completely ignored our medical bills and ignored our emails. This property is a severe public health hazard and exhibits complete corporate negligence. Avoid at all costs!

The location was great overall. No complaints on the beds, pillows, and sheets. Great AC. Spacious shower. Good parking. Breakfast is just grab-n-go; so like muffins, granola bars, and water. Since it is an extended stay hotel, there were alot of food smells. Perhaps because it seems to be an older building, you can smell the humidity/dampness of the hotel. But staff was really nice too!

Todo bien, lo malo es que el desayuno no es lo indicado para iniciar un buen día, es galleta, y café. El internet no me cargaba para usar ni para ingresar, y la televisión del cuarto no funcionaba. Pero para dormir si está bien, el aire acondicionado no está puesto adecuadamente porque da directamente hacia una de las camas.

Walked to place 2 blocks over for dinner and went to a coffee shop for breakfast maybe a longer time for coffee and grab and go to be out

l stayed at this hotel because I had an appointment to get my passport. Passport facility was only about 4 miles away so that convenient. The room was clean enough but the bathroom sink hardly drained so seeing your toothpaste water stay stagnant is kind of gross. There weren't any cups, dishes, utensils, or pans to use in the kitchenette. Luckily I didn't need any of those supplies but someone else might. I used the cup I brought with me to pour my wine into. TV wasn't a smart TV so you had to flip through channels like the old days. No charge to park which was nice considering most other places cost at least $40. Coffee was good and strong. But don't expect even a continental breakfast. Pretty sure it was just oatmeal in a bag. Finally, $20 cheaper booking online than in person. Overall, it was ok for $93. But barely.

I wish that the kitchen area was more large in my opinion
