The front desk staff very professional restaurant staff very professional, very welcoming and friendly all of the staff. I had an amazing stay..

The only issues was other guest smoking weed on the same floor we weee staying. We were promptly move to other floor. But even when property said smoke free they were guest smoking weed within yhe property. Other that everything f was excellent

Hotel was nice, amenities were good and location was excellent.

Overall visit was excellent! The staff very professional, friendly, helpful everything you could want in a visit. The restaurant the food was amazing. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. Excellent experience. Thank you.

Clean good location

Very clean and attentive staff! Enjoyed my stay

Executive suite was very spacious, very high standardized cleaning. Rooftop pool bar was one of my personal favorites overall, entertainment such as various DJ’s were usually hosting. (Isabella) Bella from the breakfast dining room was always so helpful and even remembered our morning breakfast order, she’s definitely a huge addition to the team. Staff overall are extremely professional. Very impressed. Will Be Returning. Highly Recommended

Very nice hotel. We had one of the corner suites and it was very large and nice. We are accustomed to a busy city so the commuter train going by did not bother us. Other reviews mentioned the elevators which are just fine. Yes the water pressure is low and the bathroom door is hard to slide shut but those are engineering issues. The staff are really nice. CY checked is I and the luggage attendant was very helpful. The room was very clean and had lists of space. The hotel is in a quiet part of Brickell and right across from Publix where we went twice and like that. We walked 10 minutes to Felice and had a wonderful dinner. We would stay again when in Miami and better than a few other places we stayed in the past. We recommend. Nice gets nice so we had a great stay.

It’s a beautiful hotel on the inside. Clean and friendly staff. The location is close to restaurants and shopping spots in Brickell.

It was an overall great experience. I hope they keep up the cleanliness of the hotel. It's their main selling point.

I was very disappointed with my 2nd stay at Novotel. The receptionist was rude and although I loved the size and location of my room I found hair on the toilet seat, on the bath mat AND in the shower. I didn’t even use the shower because I didn’t feel that it was clean. The hallway smelled very bad at one point. I’m not sure I’ll stay there again. Bar staff is great though!!!
