The hospitality, atmosphere, staffing, professionalism were all great!! No complaints there. I couldn’t figure out how to turn the tv on or how to control the curtains from the remote but it was ok because I was barely in my room during my stay so I wasn’t too bothered by it.

I went to UVA, the ladies were super nice, and the food was so good. Second time in the hotel, both times good experience, but this time so much noisy in the suronded room

Amazing hotel to stay. Very close to the night life. Excellent staff. Very comfortable rooms. The roof top pool was incredible.

All the reception staffs were very professional and helpful, the roof top pool and bar along with its staff were excellent. House keeping done a great job.

Great Hotel just didnt like parking to be honest …. I feel from what I paid I should have gotten Valet parking like others do…. Breakfast needed more options…. But overall I would say 4/5 stars in my book. Cleaning Ladies and Men as well as waitress and waiters were the highlight of hotel!!! front end staff always seemed to have a so so attitude when asking something where as Cleaning Staff waitress waiters where all truly amazing people!!! They give this hotel the true high light in my point of view !!!

We reported that the phone charger in the room was broken, but they didn't replace it, they didn't provide water in the room daily, and they sell everything for money. In short, the hotel does not meet the 4 star standard. Everything in the hotel is paid, even parking.
