The experience was nice

I have to say they have the most helpful staff that I have experienced in a long time! Mohammed at the front desk, Mohammet in the restaurant, the management staff, and everyone else we encountered were extremely accommodating. I had a bit of a mix up with my booking, and they took care of it with diligence. I discovered the hotel because I was attending a conference there, but I’m very happy to add it to my list of go to when I come to the Brickell area. Thank you to all!

I appreciate the stay for my husband and myself, but as tourists visiting from another city and arriving at night, it was very unpleasant to be met with rudeness and a lack of courtesy from the night receptionist. The room air conditioning kept turning off during the night, causing it to get quite hot at times. However, we are grateful to the maintenance staff, who were very polite and kind in guiding us, and to the café staff, who were so friendly and lovely, we truly appreciated their excellent service, as well as that of the supervisor who assisted us at check-out these interactions really changed our impression of the hotel.

They need to redesign the pool area and place more lounge chairs. One of the 5 lounge chairs was broken. Having only 5 sun lounge chairs by the pool isn’t enough

Check out went well, quick and efficient. The check-in staffer was more interested in why I was in Miami, then properly checking me in…he stated I was in one room and in actually put me in another “your in rm 309” but in poor penmanship wrote 304; he also indicated to bring parking ticket to front desk for processing, so. I could come in and Out on the daily rate of 35.00; which was not done, hence I ended up paying 45.00 on first day; it was corrected for new ticket for next day by a co-worker, which confirmed that the initial ticket was not in the system. Also, the actual cost is more than 35.00. the garage is very tight, unless you have a small car to maneuver around each level. The room was mediocre for the rate, the TV set up was unusual, and personal servicing the rooms spoke no English, hence unable to explain how it was setup; 2 attempts were made before correctly displaying the box which was upside down behind the TV. Lastly, the water for shower did not reach a temperature that I prefer…not hot enough.

Clean room. Only complaints automatica blinds did not work. So real sunny in the morning.
