front desk on the day shift .He was so very helpful with suggestions, answering all of our questions. Kudos to both of the young men that work the front desk. 😊 Thank you

Easy walking distance to pharmacy and some restaurants. Quality of the breakfast could have been better

The rooms were spacious. I love that there was a space to do your laundry because we had just come off a cruise and we desperately needed to wash.

Add grits to the menu along with turkey sausage otherwise everything was good Elevator…..only 1 elevator in service with the amount of people registered sometimes wait was up to 5 minutes

Nice pool, but very small. Kind staff. Breakfast boring & terrible coffee. Big negative, our room wasn't cleaned during our 3 nights stay. We needed our bins emptied, toilet paper and towels. Sheets were missing for the sofa bed. I had to get them from the reception.

Excellent value hotel, large clean rooms with fridge/freezer, basic kitchen supplies, comfortable beds. Very helpful staff and convenient location close to public transport and walkable to Brickell centre.

My children liked the drink refreshment throughout the day. The staff at the front desk and kitchen were lovely. The house keepers were very poor. They didn't clean or change towels for 3 days. We constantly have to ask for our room to be cleaned. They bashed into the room several times without knocking invading our privacy. Also safety was a concern for us. Anyone could walk into the hotel rooms with no checks.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with the breakfast - not much variety and the eggs were powdered eggs (ick). I also was not aware that I had to pay $30 per night for parking. That was an unexpected expense. Perhaps I didn't read the fine print but it was not mentioned when I booked. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return but next time I will use uber

Great experience at Homewood very clean overall. Very good location I'll personally be back soon .
