Tru by Hilton Miami West Brickell

Have stayed here on prior trips to Miami and the hotel was as great as always. Hotel is always clean, staff is outstanding and coffee and breakfast terrific as usual. Keep up the great work!

Clean, close to everything and comfy

My name is Pedro, I got a great experience the Hotel it is a good place for your vocation.. But i left the space at 5 a.m.; there was no one at the reception desk to speak with me, and the valet, Guy, wouldn't talk to me—he simply handed over the car without taking the card and walked away. I didn't receive good service from him, and I don't know why.

Helpful, courteous staff. Clean and comfortable room. Would stay here again.

Convenient location, great amenities, was a boy's trip and we had a lot of fun!!!

Wonderful, excellent, quiet location, central to the Miami waterfront and South Miami. We enjoyed the valet parking although the cost was steep at $25-$35 per night. Wonderful quality coffee 24 hours a day breakfast was a little slim. Really enjoyed the location the most. Very quiet, leafy neighborhood close to Little Havana, felt very safe. No noise at night. Our room had a few of the Miami waterfront and they. Will come back here again when staying in Miami near downtown in the waterfront. .

Breakfast area is well maintained and staff are very helpful. Staff helped us to store our bags in storeroom as we arrived ahead of check-in time. Provides boards to entertain ourselves. Outdoor pool is clean.

Clean property, extremely helpful staff, beautiful pool with views of the city, and good breakfast. Room was a bit small for 4 people, but that’s on me for not booking more than one room.

I had to book this hotel due to a medical emergency in my family. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to modify my reservation. The property is very clean and well maintained. My family members enjoyed the breakfast that was provided each day. 5 Stars

We booked this hotel after a problem with our VRBO and could not be happier. Starting with Simone at the front desk who was very helpful and accommodating to our needs.Even pointing us to a delicious place to eat. Hotel was clean and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay.

The room and all other areas were exceptionally clean. Staff were all very pleasant

The room was a little small but overall a good stay. I haven’t gone wrong with a Tru yet.
