Tru by Hilton Miami West Brickell

Room was well clean with temperature well set. Breakfast variety was excellent

Did not like having to pay to park.

Breakfast was good

It truly was a great stay our room was amazing with a great view and the hotel itself was super clean and the staff was very helpful

For the price you can find better in Miami. There is zero closet space . No microwave in the room. Breakfast was ok

It was so clean breakfast was excellent and staff did absolutely wonderful It was a bit away from things but that was the only thing.

Location and breakfast Nothing

Great Stay

Feliz con el servicio de este hotel, el personal es súper atento y se siente una vibra muy agradable, el personal trata de atender a la inmediatez tus necesidades, las habitaciones muy cómodas y en excelentes condiciones 10/10.

Everything was great. Thank you

Close to restaurants gas station drug store and Publix. Safe area shuttles available.. free complementary breakfast. The hotel allowed us a lat checkout due to our cruise check in. I recommend this hotel will stay again.

The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great.

The mail manager who was helping the lady to check us at arrival has very bad customer service skill. Very unprofessional

Great location and tasteful breakfast The only problem with the bedroom is that the A/C is too loud and is constantly changing from on to off That change in noise wake us up during the night

Breakfast had a good selection, staff were extremely pleasant to interact with. Easy transportation to cruise port as well.

No restaurant

Close to downtown Miami making it a super convenient option. Clean rooms, friendly staff. I dont like that they dont inform you about paying for parking. We had no clue until check in they also didnt provide the daily rate for parking either we just paid at the time of check out. I also dont like that for the amount of money we paid the room was not ready until an hour after our reservation time. After an 8.5 hour drive we had to wait in our car until we could check in

Enjoyed the stay! Liked that there were places to eat within walking distance. I would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again!!

Definitly not a Hilton

Pool was closed; cushions and rugs smelled moldy. They need to be cleaned more or switched out entirely.
