I had a great stay at Tru Hotel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. We stayed here to enjoy a day in Miami before our cruise, and it was a great choice. I would definitely recommend Tru Hotel and would stay here again on future visits.

Room was clean. Not a fan of the soap dispensers (housekeepers have to clean the squeeze bottles between stays). Breakfast was so-so. Would stay again but would plan for breakfast out.

Very courteous staff. Very helpful. They held our luggage before check in, which was a life saver since we flew in early. Polite and friendly. Room was great. Clean bedding and bathroom. New and updated. Breakfast was good too. Lots of variety. I definitely recommend!!!!
