The location is great and the staff is really nice The showers are shockingly bad and the beds are very uncomfortable. The floors in the beedrooms are peeling and appear dirty.

The room was nice and spacious. The floors could use a little updating but it was nothing major. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our favorite pre-cruise stay. Food is great and the location is super quiet and safe. Room was ready early so that was nice. Room could have been a wee bit cleaner.

First night they didn’t clean the room or replace water. After informing reception, then they cleaned and replaced. Other than that, no issues. Normal hotel.

Scallops in the cuban restaurant were burnt. They smelled burnt. The waiter did not notice. Day time Bartender from cuba was incredible.

Had no time to see gym or rooftop pool. Used their free computer/printer but need modernising as outdated. 2x Queen room, beds were amazing, we both slept well and room set up gave us plenty of space to move. Bathroom was the only disappointment. Shower pressure weak and shower head where setting held too high for daughter to change. No chance for someone less than 5'6. Toilet system older model so flushing became an issue a few times, wait for water to be topped up.
