The location My room was dirty my shower had hair and there was also hair on the bathroom floor. Room did not look very clean in general

This hotel is in a very bad part of town. The location is bad. There were homeless people all around the area. The parking lot was not safe. The pictures are deceiving. The rooms were old and had a musty smell to it. The floor in our room was dirty. The safety door lock to our room was broken and when we brought it to their attention they were like well as long as the door locks it should be okay!!! Ummm! No it’s not okay. You have homeless people walking all around your property. I would definitely not recommend this hotel at all.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice and polite. I had no issues! Only one piece of feedback, the rooms had no irons and only had steamers which was a struggle when trying to get dressed every evening. Maybe have a dedicated ironing room if every hotel room can’t have one.
