Olor muy fuerte en la habitación, todo muy viejo y las sábanas no eran tan buenas.

Me gusto la atencion de la manager y Los trabajadores mis hijos no estan contetos por que la picina que anuncian no esta disponible desde El 2019 por favor no vendan lo que no esta disponible mis di hijos sienten que les mintieron en la informacion de la reservacion a todos Los huespedes les dicém que estan esperando una inspeccion de la ciudad hace 4 anos Silo no pingan hotel con picina Gracias

Close to the airport.

Pool has been out of service for a very long time.

Room is not that call and outside of room was not clean at all. There's is no water fountain any where in the hotel. Breakfast is just to go. No airport shuttle.

The closeness to the airport. The room smelled like mildew. The tub was dirty, and the wash clothes had hair on them. It needed a whole makeover.

Very very bad maintenance and rude staff very worst hotel not recommended instead of extended stay we should have book motel to stay

We did stay at property. I had a confirmation number from booking.com but when we got there they said they had no rooms. Terrible experience! No room when we got there after booking.

My tenant did not go or checked in.

Also, false advertisement saying they provide breakfast. All the had was coffee, muffins, yogurt, granola bars and Quaker instant oatmeal. No hot food or fresh fruit.

Honestly Was Clean And Fine. I Didnt Think Anything Bad About It. They Dont Offer Breakfast Essentially Or Food For Free I Mean. Theres Parking Lot, Free Parking. Three Lovely Women Assisted Me With Multiple Things. Id Return If I Had More Money Or If It Wasnt The Price It Was. Its Around $120 A Night. If It Was $50-$60 A Day Id Stay Their Longer. But Im Hotel Shopping Rn

We DID NOT stay at their property. We received a call while in Miami Beach from their facility that they were over booked and our money ? would be refunded. It still has not been refunded ? We received a call at the last second ? cancelation.

Dirty sofa bed, no available pillows .

Staff was great. The room was tidy and they did a good job cleaning. The doors to outside had sticky handles hard to open and disappointed the pool was closed. But great price
