Wyndham Garden Miami International Airport

Price vs Comfortable That you have to paid for parking and it doesn’t mention at the time of the reservation

I prefer Wyndham properties Parking expensive, no shuttle info for the cruise port. No eateries except the hotels restaurant.

Great location close to airport, restaurants, etc. Excellent staff - kind, friendly and helpful. Mmm parking is easy, but the "Metropolis" QR parking system is a bit wonky.

The place was comfortable with modern facilities with separate shower room. All staff are friendly and there's a reliable bus shuttle to and from the airport. The window needs double glazing to stop the traffic and the runway noise. The trees are still growing outside which will minimise when they are fully grown

Good

Exceptional

Pleasant

Exceptional

The towels were very old

Proximity to the airport The stay was too short to spot any adverse situation

Very clean place, and very close to the airport Clean and secure with an nice morning breakfast

Bad

Clean and comfortable The shuttle service could be more efficient. 1 hours intervals is just too much while other companies have 15min intervals

Superb

Clean room , friendly staff We booked this as it provided transfer from airport… but were not advised it was on hourly basis….we had to wait 50 minutes …no good

everything was good the staff was a tab bit stuffy with attitude like you were bothering them, especially the front desk. The food was absolutely terrible for the money they charge 20.93 for cold food stale and cold home fry patties, the fruit was good can't say the same about any of the rest. so disappointed we should was went to McDonalds for breakfast which is right next door.

The pay-per- phone parking was quite annoying. It probably is a great idea when you live in the US and have a local number, but for international travelers like myself who do not want or are unable to roam, it is definitely not. In the end the staff were able to connect the charge to my room, but I still had to fill out the link so she could verify the error message.

Superb

The room was great, very clean and well maintained. The airport shuttles runs on the hour so plan accordingly. The only reason we can’t give 5 stars is the noise. We were on the second floor and the noise from outside was crazy! I expect airplane noise at a hotel that conveniently located but the human noise from outside the hotel was so loud. The air conditioning was also quite loud, perhaps to cover the outside noise? The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. The scent of the in room toiletries was so nice! I would recommend the hotel with the addition of ear plugs.

There is no hot water and you have to pay to park on their hotel parking even if you have a reservation booked. We all had to take cold showers and there were makeup stains on the bathroom counter when we first arrived
