I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was everything I was looking for! The customer service was exceptional, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated how conveniently located the hotel is to the airport. The complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus and made traveling so much easier. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

The hotel was very clean and overall my stay was fine. However, I was disappointed with the communication regarding an early check-in. I was initially told that a room might be available around 3:00 pm and that I should check back at 2:30 pm. When I returned at 3:00 pm, I was then told it would be 3:30 pm. As I was leaving at 5:00 am the next morning for an early flight, I had really hoped to get into the room a bit earlier to rest. Other than that, the property was clean and pleasant.

Great location to the airport. We stay here every time we have a layover in Miami. The Pilot House restaurant is nice. Good staff and decent dinner.

The staff is very helpful, and they offer breakfast (for an extra fee), transportation from the airport, and they also have an onsite restaurant.

This is my favorite hotel in Miami. I love that they have an on site restaurant, and a sports bar within walking distance of the hotel.

My only problem is there electric blinds. One of the blinds wouldn't go down all the way and the lights would shine in. But otherwise is was great.

Shuttle to the airport was not even available on the hour like they claim. The tracking app for the Shuttle was useless.

Room 1 bloodstains was on the towel in the bathroom. Room 2 no one came to change out the linens we had to asked twice. Once at 9am and then again around 10pm. The person came and dropped the linens off. Didn’t not offer to put clean sheets on the bed. Not a good experience.

Always stay here when visiting Miami.

Booked on hotels.com and said I would pay at property. When I arrived they cancelled my reservation. She then proceeds to tell me I should have had a valid card because they tried to run it. I advised her that I was to PAY when I arrived and I have never had that issue before when booking. Non the less. Reservation was reactivated and I enjoyed my stay outside of that $20 brunch which is the same complimentary one you get at other hotels. We ate elsewhere.

Also, the breakfast was very good. Thanks
