The pictures of the rooms that you see are not at all what this place looks like. It is filthy and in a less than desirable location. there is no restaurant.

It was close to the Airport and price for one night was affordable. The bed were too hard and the bed frame was dorty.

The desk person was not very helpful. The ADA bathroom was a nightmare. Tiles so slippy I almost fell, there was pieces of soap in the shower that had hair in it obviously they dint clean it. It was impossible to get the right water temp. Aft 15 min of being sprayed by cold or super hot water I gave up! The right bed light dint work & iit wasn't the bulb. The breakfast was the typical with waffles, though only the 1 machine worked right. The coffee sucked, but I'm picky. Oatmeal, breads, enough to get you out the door. The bed was really good, so that's a plus. There's no elevator & we could hear people clomping up & down the stairs. Wyndham has gone downhill by letting places like this exist. Used to be you knew you had a nice place to stay with their name but not anymore.

Very dirty and moldy. Smells disgusting. Initially the door didnt lock. A staff checked on it and couldn’t fix it and had to change my room. Overall the place is dirty and smelly . Wouldn’t want to go back anymore

Good place

Carpet is a safety hazard with rips and strings exposed. Mold smell. Mold on walls near floor. Carpet was wet and created a slip hazard in the lobby. Shower is not convenient for anyone 5’4 and above and the tile is slippery and there is also a tile lip that creates a tripping hazard in the shower. A/c blew hot air made noises all night. Light from hall comes into the room and curtains are not black out. It is a place to lay your head nothing more. Breakfast was waffle maker wrapped fruit and breads. Would not stay ever again

The amenities were very clean. Breakfast was good. The sheets and bed were clean, good space, there was food from the previous guest in the mini fridge and found hair in the towels but other than that is a good deal.

Not so clean and poor maintenance. AC not performant enough and noisy. It is a 2* good for sleep near the airport.

Great staff very helpful

Simple, basic accommodation close to the airport, with a free shuttle service every hour. The breakfast room had a very limited selection and far too few tables. Before catching the airport shuttle, we actually had to eat standing up because there was nowhere to sit. Even more unpleasantly, we found two used bars of soap left in the shower from previous guests, which made us seriously question whether the shower had been properly cleaned before our arrival. This was quite disgusting and definitely not the level of cleanliness we would expect from any accommodation.

The ice maker machine was broken! They don't even give me any solution about it.... there was not got water, I need to take a morning shower with cold water!! And on top, the ac in the room didn't work properly... horrible

The hotel is renovated and nice, but the ac in the room didn't work.properly and For the Florida weather that was an issued. .Another problem was the hotel water, they didn't have hot water si I need to take shower with cold water which is not pleasant the horrible it was the ice machine was broken and you can't have not ice to bring to the room, I told the front desk and they don't even show me any solution a. Bout it... horroble!!! I don't recomend this hotel at all

Room was fairly clean but en suite bathroom was poorly cleaned around the pedestal - the shower was fine though. Room had zero wall decor and few power sockets. A standard lamp was set beside the bed but had no power socked to connect to it - therefore, useless. There were no bedside tables so not good for putting down the book at bed time TV provision was good. Air conditioner was VERY noisy It was nicer to receive 2 small bottles of water in the room Free breakfast was a nice option although the food on offer was quite limited Airport shuttle was on time and drivers were safe and conscientious. Location was convenient and there were several local amenities

My stay at Atrium Hotel was not the best as I believe housekeeping missed cleaning my room and there was no bed sheets on bed no bags in trash bags, ginger hair on shower drain and toilet stain on toilet seat. I got blamed for stealing the whole comforter and 2 bath towels but there’s no proof and told manager to check security cameras and didn’t. I come from Texas and have no interest in stealing those items as I am a tourist and would prefer to bring back souvenirs rather than used towels everyone uses on the daily. I notified a lady from housekeeping don’t know who exactly but she then brought me the bed cover the next day nothing else from the bed. And left it as is. I recommend not booking here if you want them to keep your deposit, they kept mine to pay for missing items I got blamed for taking.

I like the way the staff were so helpful and friendly. Clean room 👌.
