Me gustó el personal del hotel,pero lo único es que el baño es muy pequeño e incómodo

Location Lack of facilities

No free shuttle as per advertised till you call from the airport to find out you have to book the cab or uber . I consider this to be very deceptive advertising to get people to book the room

«I primarily booked my stay at this location because of the airport shuttle service. Upon arrival, the attendant explained how the shuttle operated and how to request service. However, he then informed me that the shuttle was not currently in service. I asked what options were available, and he stated that I could cancel my reservation free of charge. I specifically asked if that meant I would receive a full refund, and he confirmed that I would. At this point, I am waiting for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be returned to my account.»

I was there for 5 pm till next day 5 am. I slept and done.

Good

Bathroom was not cleaned before our check in. Front desk guy was rude, seemed tired and looked he did not want to be there. Building seemed ruined down and it smelled like mold.

It took three tries before I found a room I would sleep in. The first one was nice but the smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling by the wires. The second had a nasty smell and horrible noise from the air conditioner. The third was still dumpy but it was 2 am. The breakfast was meh.

The hotel smells like there's serious water damage, there were roaches on the wall, the hall floor feels like it's going to fall through soon and definitely not what we expected from Wyndham. We stayed gone and only came in to sleep. It was not a comfortable stay in any way but it was already paid for and we wouldn't get our money back.

No free shuttle as it was apparently broken down. No compensation offered for the fact that you have to taxi/uber to the hotel. $35.00 for extra Uber costs. No refund or free cancellation at least 48 hours before arrival. I had tried!

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the rooms The rooms are a bit stuffy, the windows can be kept open to allow in fresh air instead of over reliance on the AC. Some receptionists on duty are also not forthcoming with information especially guiding a guest who might be a first time visitor to Miami or even the US. Breakfast should have more alternatives, on our visit, no fruits were available. The only protein served were fried eggs.

We booked because it said there was an airport shuttle. There was no shuttle so we had to pay for an uber.

We chose the hotel considering the airport transfer and it wasnt available. We have to take our bags by stairs. The smell of the room wasnt good e the breakfast doesnt have good options.

This looks nice, but trust me it’s not the case. Room quality is terrible. Floors are dis

called for a shuttle ride from the airport and the hotel staff said it would be one hour till a driver from the hotel would arrive. Waited for past one hour and no one showed up and after calling back to the hotel, the staff said they have a flat tire and no shuttle service available, Arriving at the hotel, learned they have no elevator on the property and this is not convenient for I had a large suitcase that I had to carry up the stairs to my room. I will not book here again.

As I was checking us in, a junkie entered the hotel and stared at my husband, who had a bag containing our clothes. The hotel staff did nothing to intervene. I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel at all costs. Stay somewhere else!
