Always clean and friendly staff

There is NO elevator and we were on the 2nd floor with luggage and we aren’t spring chickens. The “remodeled” room was an inspectors nightmare. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The airport/cruise shuttle were good. Just NO elevator.

No Nonsense, perfect hotel for a layover. Have visited b4 and will visit again.

Had to wait over 1h for the shuttle. But overall the hotel was good

Sadly I would avoid this hotel... Called for a pick up, getting a hold of someone takes ages... finally spoke to someone who told me exactly where to wait, wait was 30 minutes and then the driver flew by without stopping... so after a total of nearly an hour wait I had to pay for a taxi... needless to say thats unacceptable!

Room was nice Late night staff could have more support. They weren’t the most friendly on the phone with getting help. But getting to the location revealed it was just one staff member at front, so they were doing everything. My room’s phone didn’t work but I didn’t need it. Should have worked though.

The food was terrible. I tried almost everything. I could not eat all the food. I felt like the 14.00 was a complete loss. I would come in the future but not eat the food.

Room safe went faulty and my passport and valuables were locked inside. One staff member running the hotel and didn’t have access to the safe. They finally got it opened before my international flight. Room was old and dirty, torn carpet. Hotel layout is a nightmare to traverse! Hope the place gets flattened by a hurricane!!

Very small hotel but very clean. And I would definitely stay there again when I need a hotel to stay at overnight for a next morning cruise.
