My only complaint is that there is no place to sit and relax while smoking

Management terrible. Accidentally booked the hotel and tried to get a refund back and management refuse to refund me. I was not on the proper at all and as soon as o realized the transaction I called to rectify it and management was nasty.

Convenience and location close to the airport

Close to airport. Old Tom’s restaurant is great! The morning shuttle driver dropped us off at arrivals and told us to take the elevator up to the second floor. We ended up in the parking garage, and it took us a while to get to the correct departures area.

Close to the airport, my child appreciated the McDonalds across the street. Only disappointment was arriving at 20:10 to find out the pool was closed at 20:00, which seems early, but it was outdoor and dark by then. Staff 10/10 Room/Facilities 6-7/10 Cleanliness 8-9/10

My stay was to short.but the place its great.staff its great .the room wass wonderful. I wish i had stay longer .loking forward in a future i v want to enjoy the pool and the restaurant.inside the hotell My b only b c oncern was the parking .it v wass in the back.i would b likebyo present v thebidea that you will provide the costumer .when some dore of certificate. Tag.temporarynpermit for the gues while staying a the hotel.it worried me knowing that its a towing company that could take your car away Y ask in the desk.and they said not .i only stay one night. Price .expectations. was very good.only the parking.process had me worried

Easy enough to get to and perfectly serviceable hotel for a layover. Couple sports bars with decent food nearby but not much else.

I had the deluxe room, with two king sized beds, for myself, hubby and my nephew. The room were clean and more than enough space for the three of us. The free shuttle was great, we missed the bus the first time it drove around to pick everyone up, but it circled around a second time, and this time we were all able to get on. OLD TOMS - the restaurant next door, Friday night was Karaoke, loud and lots of fun. Saturday night, much quieter, but the service was just as accommodating as the night before. Side note: the best lemon pepper wings I have ever eaten was at this restaurant. On site breakfast, $12 for adult and $6 for kids. The hostess was very nice. The food is very bland, and the selections of coffee was great. CONS: the two ladies at the front desk, of this hotel were not accommodating, nor too friendly. The other gentleman for the evening/night shift was a sweetheart. Sidenote: I would stay here again
