Close to the kayesa center cruise terminal and airport which was great !

Felt like I was in another country as all front desk staff spoke Spanish; I don’t have an issue with that but keep in mind some of us do not speak Spanish and would be great if more staff can communicate in english.

I have a leak in my room and all my clothes got bad

Everyone for great. Itl love that airport employees don't have to pay a deposit. But it's annoying with the what parking payment. Only use numbers are about to complete the process to pay for parking.

Shuttle driver passed me by twice at the airport. When checking in, they had my reservation at one night instead of four. The next day I was locked out because the reservation still said I had only reserved one night. Breakfast was slim pickings.

Property is old and wear and tear is visible. Smelled like smoke really bad. Just seemed liked it was permeated in the walls and carpet.
