Clarion Inn & Suites Miami International Airport

My dislike was that the procedures in registering yourself it needs to be looked at and modify. This issue of coming downstairs everyday at the time11am that I was in the property to register myself again it's nonsense especially when they already have your license your ID your credit card. I made it aware to the manager but it seems that not to bother with the complaints that customers make.

Overall it was okay.It was clean and organized. We could not adjust anything on the air conditioner-we had to freeze. The taps in the shower were hooked backward-warm water come when turned all the way cold. We pre-booked and paid for the stay. When we arrived we had to pay an additional $3. Not much,but.........

My deposit 100 is still now they did not refunds. I don’t know what’s going on. When I call them, the hotel they don’t answer calls

Everything, for the price, i was amazed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Nothing, everything was great.

El colchón de la cama fue realmente terrible

The rooms are large and they gave us a handicap accessible room because my friend had a mobility scooter. The first room had the toilet overflow immediately on using it. Moved us to room two and slept but the television wasn't working in the morning so they moved us to a third room on the top floor. The first rooms had maintenance issues in the showers (loose and worn shower fixtures) and a slight musty smell but the top floor room was great. It was like a completely different experience, and would be worth paying extra if that is an option. The staff was very helpful resolving every issue, especially Carla and several others at the front desk, as well as the maintenance staff who tried really hard to help. The shuttle was very convenient and came every 30 minutes. Make sure you wave down the driver at the airport as the stops get crowded. My overall impression is that the staff are working hard to make an older property with lots of wear and turnover work, and the owners need to invest in remodeling and upgrading the actual rooms.
