Although fresh linen etc were probided when requested, my stay was for 9 days, the rooms could have been cleaned every 2 days minimum adding to that its a pet friendly hotel as such the lobby and hallways could have been sanitized and vacuumed daily The pool was not available therefore my children were unable to use it for the 9 day stay Rooms should be equipped with a kettle For the duration of my stay, I never saw yogurt, hard boiled eggs or cereal at the breakfast station.

You get what you paid, but that area has no security. Other than that to sleep is ok

The pool is closed

Honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel advertises a pool, but it has apparently been closed for years. It is very misleading to continue advertising a pool guests cannot use.When we arrived, the room was extremely dirty. Within an hour, our socks were black from the sticky floor, and the countertop had residue on it. We complained, but there were no other rooms available and no one was available to clean it at the time. The room was cleaned the next day while we were out.After that, we opened the pull-out couch and found no blankets. The front desk said their shipment was arriving the next day and could only provide two thin sheets. The next day, they only had one more thin sheet available.On our second night, we found a cockroach under the couch. We killed it and requested a room change. While my husband was at the front desk, I went back for paper towel and within minutes ants had gathered around the area. We left it there and told staff it was their problem.We were moved to another room, but it was also dirty. The next room had no pull-out bed, so we had to move again. Around midnight, we finally got a third room. It was acceptable, but again there were no blankets. We were given two thin sheets and no proper bedding. We finally received duvets on the third night.The building feels poorly maintained. The back entrance near parking is always open, likely allowing pests inside. There were also bird droppings and ants near the entrance.

The continental breakfast consisted of packaged muffins, Kellogg's cereal bars and coffee. Vending machines in the breakfast area had a better selection. Bed was hard as a rock.

The room was pretty spacious. I was told that housekeeping was only every 7 days, but they went in my room while I was gone on the 4th day without asking me. I would understand if it was to clean, but they didn’t even sweep the floor.

Everything as expected except for the breakfast which wasn't even a continental breakfast to speak of. Continental breakfast means a cold spread at the very least, not just a few breakfast bars and coffee. This was a major complaint but the rest of the stay was fine. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Breakfast included wasn’t anything great but chew bars, watery coffee and oat packets. The deposit fee isn’t charged as an authorized hold and u don’t get it back right away nor any information on it. I say pricing was okay but pay a lil more and go somewhere else

the staff were all very kind & helped as much as they were able, but when we had some major maintenance issues in the evening there was nothing they were able to do to fix it. they told us maintenance couldn’t be called until the next day, and they did try their best to find another way to help but their hands were pretty tied with the resources available to them. we made do, as we were only there for one night, but i do feel bad for the staff who tried their hardest and still couldn’t help us. i feel management should have more resources in place for problems like this.
