Staff Breakfast no coffee no eggs no mugs

We stayed 2 nights and did not receive room service on 2nd day, hallway was not cleaned, breakfast is just for the sake, its more like grab and go with limited options.

The location to the Miami airport is very convenient. It is also closely located to pkaces to eat. Security was quite lax. We initially parked by the side exit door and needed to use our key to get in. However, we moved our car to the rear parking lot behind the building close to our room. Without fail, everytime we went to our car or returned to the hotel the backdoor would be propped open with a rock or a stick. We would remove it, but the door would be propped open again every single time. I thought security would be better for Extended Stay America.

Disappointing

The pool was shut down for maintenance and that wasn’t stated in the listing. Hotel was old and run down. Included breakfast was coffee and cereal bars.

I like the location to the airport We have been staying at the location at least 3 times now. The hotel is starting look run down and not being taken care of properly. The staff is always friendly. However, it would be nice to have at least coffee served from like from 5am until 11am. It doesn't have to be breakfast. Just coffee for early morning flights .

Not all lights were working. The pull out sofa was so old and thin you could feel all the springs in your back. The so- called breakfast was once again the same cheap muffins and tea/ coffee. We had to park our car behind the building; kind of a distance especially when travelling with small kids and during rainy season. There is not one positive note I have about this hotel.

The pool was broken. Not all lights were working in our room. The pull out sofa was of very bad quality and it was terrible sleeping on it. Once we were checked in, we were noticed that there would be room service only if we were to stay 7 nights and longer. Our air-conditioning wasn't working and was to be fixed the next day after 4 PM. The so-called to go breakfast consisted of cheap muffins and coffee/ or tea, every day. Laundry was expensive: USD 8 for 1 load of washing and drying. Just 1 of the employees spoke English. There are no kitchen utensils in the suites; not even cups, plates, forks, etc.

Several areas appear to need maintenance, repairs, and refreshing. Greater attention to the upkeep of the property would make a significant difference in the guest experience. At its current standard, the hotel does not provide the comfortable and restful atmosphere I expected.

I will avoid ESA as n the future.
