Clean room, breakfast was horrible and pool was closed

Unfortunately the check in staff was very unprofessional. The other staff members were not rude, however you had to go looking for them because they were not there at the desk. The space were dirty. I just couldn’t stay the whole time I planned on staying.

Disappointed in the condition of the mattress on the sofa bed. The room was very clean and clean sheets were provided when requested. Front desk was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggages until time to check-in. Much appreciated

Although fresh linen etc were probided when requested, my stay was for 9 days, the rooms could have been cleaned every 2 days minimum adding to that its a pet friendly hotel as such the lobby and hallways could have been sanitized and vacuumed daily The pool was not available therefore my children were unable to use it for the 9 day stay Rooms should be equipped with a kettle For the duration of my stay, I never saw yogurt, hard boiled eggs or cereal at the breakfast station.
