Superb

Very useful for a one night stay after a rather traumatic day on Amtrak (not their fault) Check in at gone midnight was not an issue and pleased to wake up to a nice cooked breakfast after a much needed night's sleep

The staff was very helpful in giving me information, directions and guidance.

Convenient location to get around. Close to airport and nice location. Shuttle took a long time to collect us from the airport. Indoor pool was not our favorite, preferred outdoor pool.

We were only there for a short overnight stay due to a canceled flight. The shuttle service was great. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful. Overall, a good experience and very convenient to the airport.

We went on a cruise and when we got off the ship Friday morning we took an Uber to the hotel. We could have checked in early for $60, but they also gave us the option to use the swimming pool for a couple of hours before we went to a baseball game at no charge which helped entertain the 7 year old while we were waiting.

Staff really friendly and helpful and they place and room were really clean.

I enjoyed my stay the room was clean. The rainfall shower head was awesome. The free breakfast was great.

I stayed here while night due to my flight being canceled. Free shuttle, large king room, friendly staff. Great for one night. Free buffet breakfast was provided.

Confortable hotel. Good amount of space in room. Clean beds in room. Desk was very friendly, knowledgeable. Shuttle was great. Was given an accessible room, which was fine, but bathroom could have been cleaner, had a slight urine smell around the toilet and tub needs resurfacing.

Great service transport to the airport The fire alarm drill was a pain, I'm sure more people would be admitted at the hospital for an ear explosion than burns. Also, the facility went out of water for maintenance (note: the same day of the fire alarm drill). Finally, my son got sick and I asked if we could stay a couple of hours in our room after the checkout scheduled at 12, but the request was denied.

The reception staff were super accommodating !! They happily handled our request for a room change to the ground floor.

My stay was satisfactory.
