Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites

Everything good, except two things: The room didn’t smell so fresh, and there was no body lotion.

The stay was comfortable and the property was clean and well kept.

For a transit night, this hotel is OK but you need to be prepared to feel in a run down place, with rooms that are super dated. The carpet is making the experience unpleasant. Feels old and unwelcoming.

Great stay no complaints

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional customer service. They kindly stored our luggage until our room was ready, gave us recommendations for nearby restaurants and stores, and even let us check in as soon as the room became available. The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay for a night or two.

Clean room

When we finally reached the hotel at 9:00pm, the kitchen was closed. Amenities in the room were the absolute minimum; even drinking water bottles were not provided. Staff were rude and unhelpful. One of our worst stays. Would not recommend to anyone.

Your front desk staff are extremely unprofessional. You need a new template to send to customers explaining what to do to order an airport shuttle. Your instructions say to call once you leave baggage which I did. I was then told to do something different. It would take 30 seconds to rewrite your full email to explain your actual process. Whoever worked the front desk last night shouldn’t be working anywhere that is public facing.

Staff were helpful at front desk. However the hotel itself could've been maintained better. Walkways and walls were dirty. I also did get stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes at one point. Which was closed after I was let out.

Very clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good No ice in first floor. LOL
