Sleep Inn Miami International Airport

Everything in the hotel was disgusting. They showed us three different rooms to sleep in, but they were all filthy. The staff was utterly unhelpful. We had to carry our luggage up three stories because the elevator was broken, and they couldn’t provide us with a timeline for when it would be fixed. To top it off, the blow dryer was broken, and the room phone was also out of order. Every time we needed to ask a simple question, we had to descend three flights of stairs.

The breakfast had a very limited selection and was disappointing compared to other hotels. On top of that, the elevator was out of service for my entire stay, from the day I arrived until the day I checked out, causing a major inconvenience. Overall, the lack of customer service, poor breakfast, and broken elevator made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here.

For someone just staying one night, it's okay. The room is quite small, the carpet seemed a little wet, so it had a stronger smell.

First the shuttle service stops at 9:30pm. I did not know this in advance. Then the elevator was not working. There was an odor in the room and I could not figure out where it came from. The continental breakfast was a positive.

Staff was nice. The room was clean even though it can be better. The boiled eggs are cold at breakfast… that part was strange

Good for a quick stay by the airport. Elevator wasn’t working but apart from that clean and straight forward stay.

The shuttle bus was very inconvenient because it only leaves the hotel on the hour. So you only have one chance every hour to catch it at the airport. The place is very basic but clean, 15 minutes away. AC works well and beds are comfy.

This is my best place to stay at when I come out there to go on my cruise. I love everything about this place and it’s also located in the great spot.

Once we arrived we checked into room 231 then moved to the first floor. The elevator was out of service, the water pressure was terrible. The entire stay was unacceptable.

The carpet near the bed was wet, and the room smelled.

I don't like that they don't show there shuttles schdule until after you book it don't like they don't give refund if there schdule don't line up with your flight.

Kaitlyn at the front desk was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. She allowed us to leave our luggage with comfort until our room was ready so we could explore the city in the meantime. The elevator wasn’t working, so knowing we were traveling with my elderly father she made sure our room was in the first floor. The a/c didn’t work the greatest but it worked. The breakfast wasn’t the best. The room and property were decent for a 1 night stay. I can’t express how amazing Kaitlyn made our trip.

Run down, musty old rooms. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. The water pressure in the shower was so ridiculously strong it hurt. Considering the price, it is nothing short of highway robbery.

Me and my children where put in an unclean room during our stay at sleep in Miami airport. when we noticed it was not clean it was reported immediately but they said all rooms where booked couldn’t move us and they didn’t even took initial to get someone to clean the room. me and my children couldn’t have a good sleep due to the that. I reported the incident to the hotel manager and all she said was sorry to that. She brushed it like she didn’t even care. Hotel bathroom unclean this is horrible.

Horrible property! Staff was not helpful! The property could be cleaned better. Stains and soiled areas in the room. Not inviting at all. First, my husband and I went to our room and realized that we didnt have a working toilet. So we asked for assistance with that and couldn't get anything at all!!! We had to leave the hotel and find another hotel. Manager was not available to help at all. No refund. Staff actually laughed when we told them that our toilet was broken!!!!!! I don't recommend this hotel at all. Check out other places before you choose Sleepy Inn would be my advice. Not a good experience for us.
