Sleep Inn Miami International Airport

The front desk agent was very kind and professional. However the property is disgusting. Bedsheets and pillows were dirty. The chair was dirty and there were bugs crawling all over the desk. We checked in and checked right back out less than 10 mins later.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made it easy by having parking on site and a shuttle to the airport for travelers. Place was very clean.

After a sleepless night I asked if I could check out and get a refund. The staff was very accommodating, and because I had paid for the rooms at the hotel proper I was able to do get a refund. Had I paid for the room through Expedia that might have been a problem. The room was small, clean but smelled of mildew, and there were small bugs near the coffee maker. The shower was clean but very worn looking, and the air conditioner was extremely loud and cycled on and off all night. The breakfast was not very good. We checked out and moved to another hotel that day. It is an acceptable place to stay if you just need a clean bed, but the accommodations were fairly cramped. I probably won't be back

Elevator was broken. Sheets were dirty. Very small bathroom.

Breakfast area the tables was dirty. Looks like no body clean the tables after people use the tables.

Long lines at breakfast. Hot food, which is only sausages, are not refilled on time.

Elevator was out of service but only had one floor up to our room but not a good reflection on the property.

The bathroom sink drain wasn’t connected and ran into floor when trying to use the sink. Room was damp and smelled musty.

The location everything I need is in one location. Stayed there at least 10 times in the last year and I’m always impressed with the quality of the hotel and its staff.

No hot water in the room. Toilet paper holder broken. The shower had hair in it.

All was well at Sleep Inn.Clean room and A/C worked well. Only complaint was breakfast. Waffle maker was hard to turn and very noisy, not many selections. Coffee was not in breakfast area. Overheat good place for overnight rest.
